Awful app. You have to register and have internet access just to control a lightbulb in the same room! Harvest your data just for a lightbulb! Then it doesnt find the lighbulb. Need to reset. Then 3 weeks later it loses the bulb and you have to go through set up from reset all over again. I,m on my sixth reset in 4 months and just want to throw the stupid bulb and app away. Truly awful, and enormous timewaster! Oh, switch your light bulb on and off twice, (go in room, leave, come back again) and the bulb will reset! Start over. Lol. Just buy a cheap warm bulb on amaz and forget stupid “smart” led!
There’s no way to connect it to alexa. It doesn’t even find the app LSC smart when you try to add a device or a skill. So I can just turn them on and off with my phone which is annoying so I ended up using them just like regular lights.
This app is trash. I never paired a device because it’s not possible. They show that they have found you device even if it’s turned off. Not recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Sinds kort lukt het mij niet meer om de LSC smartlampen te koppelen. Bij "apparaat toevoegen" vindt en herkent hij het apparaat wel, hij wil ook gaan verbinden maar op het laatste moment gaat het fout. HELP!

Hi guys, I own the LSC smart floodlights. I'm having problems with the sensor. The lamp keeps turning on at night every minute. It's placed above my shed door under shelter. There is no moving objects near by and no wind to move any objects that will trigger the sensor. And yet it keeps turning on every minute. I have it set up via the app and it's set on night mode and the sensor is set to near. The sensor is clean and free from obstruction. It's driving me nuts. If it persists I think I'm going to return it. Can you help me in any way? Or give me some advice? Thank you.

we have several smart power plugs (6pc) art No 2578677 970764 to connect the devices we use the original TUYA Smartlife app due to the use of different brands and everything works well, except 3 of the LSC smart power plugs do not appear on the energy window to help us saving energy, Why?
do we need an exceptional setting to make them work with the energy-saving program or other ways?
the power plug device settings do not show any advanced settings!!
How are we able to integrate the missing devices into the energy program?
please some info for this issue?

It's impossible to enable Alexa skill... since the LSC smart connect is logged in with the email not the phone number as requested by Alexa settings...

Hey, my light is not connecting to my phone. All the settings are right but it’s not connecting? Light is flashing but after l connect the light is stopping to flash but the app is saying failed to connect.? Need help...
