Dear All, i have annual subscription to Promova application (annual 87 Swiss Francs, purchased 1 week ago), however last 2 days it does not work at all. i do not have problems with internet connections, all other apps work. can you advise the steps to solve the problem or get the refund please? thank you

How to fix Promova app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Promova app on iPhone
Update Promova app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Promova iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Promova on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Promova network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Promova Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Promova not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Promova App
1. On android, goto Settings » Promova » click [Force Stop]

Update Promova to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Promova App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Promova » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Promova.

Fix Promova unable to contact server/ Promova internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Promova » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Promova » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Promova
