Swig n' Sweets Reviews

It’s super easy to order on SwignSweets, but not easy to submit orders. I tried ordering on a Wednesday night for a pick up on Thursday morning, but every time I went to submit SwignSweets asked me to confirm pick up on Wednesday. However, I had clearly chosen a Thursday pick up. I never ended up submitting the order because I didn’t want to deal with the mix-up in the morning, and when I called the store directly, no one ever answered. Also, it wouldn’t let me use left over gift card money and a credit card to pay - it was either one or the other. That wasn’t helpful. I don’t think I can trust SwignSweets yet.

I like SwignSweets . It works well, it’s easy to navigate, and I love that it has your menu, even things that are seasonal. My only complaint is that if I order on SwignSweets , I have to go inside to pick up my order... I would think I could still go through the drive thru for pick up, especially since it’s already paid for. Due to that reason alone, ordering on SwignSweets is just not that appealing to me. Getting 3 small kids out of my car to go inside to pick up my app order seems more of a nuisance than a convenience. So until that changes, I guess drive thru it is for me.

Lots of problems when ordering on SwignSweets . When adding or removing flavors, at the end when you are ready to submit, it’s completely different than what you ordered! Very frustrating. It even happened a few times when I ordered at the window. They would have to tell the employees not to go off the receipt because it was incorrect. Hopefully this gets fixed soon 😫

Whenever I order on the swig app it’s super easy and you can easily customize it. I love Logan swig. I just click to check in and don’t even have to wait a minute to have them quickly bring out my order.

Love swig, and their app is great! You can even use it to pay with in store if you forgot your wallet, definite life saver! Also integrates with your rewards number to keep track of what you’ve ordered before and makes it so simple to repeat the order. So nice!

I tried twice in the same day and my orders wouldn’t go through even though it said my order was received. First time I just left. I took screenshots of my order but they wouldn’t even take my order and my card in the pickup spot to help fix the problem. They made me go wait in line! Even though I waited already for 10 minutes for them to check on my order.

Over all I think it works pretty well. I do wish it was a little easier to navigate when it comes to things like deals and points. But I do think SwignSweets itself works well!

Every time a notification comes from my Swig app I get 5 in a row, one second a part with the same message. I ended up turning the notifications off. Also I’ve never been able to successfully submit a drink order from SwignSweets the few times I’ve tried.

So I had to download SwignSweets to check a balance on a gift card someone gave me... I don’t want SwignSweets ... I have no use for SwignSweets ... And because you guys made me sign up fo an account and download SwignSweets just to check a balance on the card is ridiculous! So if I could give less than 1 star I would!

I love the swig app! The UI is super intuitive and it makes ordering and keeping track of rewards so easy! Must have!

Was skeptical since most restaurant apps are terrible. But this one was way smooth! Super nice that it's way easy to re-order my Texas Tab 😁

Y’all should really reach out to the stores before ordering anything. SwignSweets is pretty much useless unless you’re trying to see the menu. It says delivery BUT THE STORE DO NOT DELIVER. Says you can place and order BUT THE STORES DON’T RECEIVE TO ORDER EVER (because their stores are not “big enough”) Like JUST DONT USE IT UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE MENU

Set my pick-up time for 10:15 AM. Didn’t get my order until 10:37. No response curbside, so I had to go through the drive through to pickup. Staff’s response was an overly cheerful, “Gee, that’s too bad.”

The concept is great. Order ahead of time, pull into the designated spot at your scheduled pickup time and skip the saving time and polluting less while navigating the drive-thru.

In practice it doesn’t work. You order and pay up front. You show up at the pick up spot. You have to alert them you’re there, but you can’t even alert them until after your designated time. Once SwignSweets lets you alert them nothing seems to happen. I waited 20 minutes before I finally got out and flagged down a worker to find out what’s going on. Five minutes later we got our order. I actually had to wait longer than I would have had I chosen to order from the drive-thru.

Other annoyances. It doesn’t remember your login info, so you have to enter it every time. If you tried to used saved passwords you won’t find it under Swig, but rather crispnow.com. I had to reset my password twice before I figured this out.

What’s up with:
Can’t check gift cards on the website, get SwignSweets !
SwignSweets won’t let you check gift cards unless you login.
Can’t login unless I give you my phone number to you can send me sms spam.

SwignSweets is useless

Every time I arrive to a swig location I get 5+ notifications saying to pay with a QR code.

They make you download SwignSweets to check a gift card balance. Can’t do it anywhere else online. SUPER annoying but fine. Download it, only to have to create an account. Fine here’s my fake phone number. Nope, they want name, email, phone, etc and then want to send a verification code JUST TO SEE HOW MUCH $$ I was given! I don’t want to be part of your rewards program, just wanted to see if could treat my friend to a fruit water. Thanks for holding my gift hostage until you get all my personal info, Swig!

Please add an option for selecting no or little ice. I add it to my comments every time and only once have your works read and followed the request. Otherwise, SwignSweets works really well.
