Orders don’t go through

I tried twice in the same day and my orders wouldn’t go through even though it said my order was received. First time I just left. I took screenshots of my order but they wouldn’t even take my order and my card in the pickup spot to help fix the problem. They made me go wait in line! Even though I waited already for 10 minutes for them to check on my order.
Annoying notifications

Every time a notification comes from my Swig app I get 5 in a row, one second a part with the same message. I ended up turning the notifications off. Also I’ve never been able to successfully submit a drink order from the app the few times I’ve tried.
They make you download the app

So I had to download the app to check a balance on a gift card someone gave me... I don’t want the app... I have no use for the app... And because you guys made me sign up fo an account and download the app just to check a balance on the card is ridiculous! So if I could give less than 1 star I would!
