How to fix Team RWB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Team RWB app on iPhone
Update Team RWB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Team RWB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Team RWB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Team RWB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Team RWB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Team RWB App
1. On android, goto Settings » Team RWB » click [Force Stop]

Update Team RWB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Team RWB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Team RWB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Team RWB.

Fix Team RWB unable to contact server/ Team RWB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Team RWB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Team RWB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
