Contact Second Line 2nd Phone Number Support

I have never written a review for an app before but I was so disgusted by this one I went out of my way to do so. If you’re looking to use this app for verification purposes then don’t do it. Even after signing up for the trial period and inputting my payment information, once you setup your phone number etc. you will receive a message that states “these type of messages are only for after the trial period.” Unbelievable. On top of that, it’s one of the few apps that make you input your phone number to even start using it. I would rate this as one of the dirtiest/scammiest apps I’ve ever used.

I used to love this app but now it’s barely useful to me. No one can call me. It goes straight to voicemail and only shows up to me as a missed call. I have contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me to no avail. To make matters worse it doesn’t send me notifications either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it hadn’t helped. I have verified my linked number several times with no success. I’m at my wits end! I suppose I will just have to find a new app to use. I’m sad about that because I will have to get a new number but this one no longer works for me.

After my paid subscription has been out of service for an entire week, today I discovered my telephone number had been canceled. I have a total of eight trouble tickets, a rep name Jose advising they haven’t forgotten about me and was in the process of fixing the problem. This telephone number is associated with my business for which I’ve lost quite a bit of business due to this issue. This was my error as I thought it was Sideline. Do not subscribe to the service as they do not have a true tech support group, and no customer service telephone number. Awful service and experience
