This is a third party App that will charge you fee to pay your E-Zpass… you could just download the real E-Zpass application and pay directly

Who ever stopped to think of this was a genius.. Knew the public wished there was an app to handle EZ-Pass business.. Knowing there wasn’t one boom, here comes this! We have nothing to do with the federal government yet we made an app to ask you your private credentials towards.. Then charge you a gateway fee to access your OWN information INGENIOUS scheme might I add! Public, please take the time to read whom is actually designing these apps before you jump to place your account information including your credit/debit information onto their servers. EZ-Pass in NY is under MTA and managed by NY & NJ Bridges and Tunnels. If it’s not from either of the authorities then it’s not where you should be signing up for.

This is a 3rd party app. EZ Pass does not charge a credit card service fee. I’m shocked this is even allowed since they are capturing your EZ Pass password.

EZTollsNY is what one would expect from the government of NY. It is impossible to set up credentials and then log in. In short, it is useless.

Don’t download it. It’s not official EZ pass app. They gonna charge you money for just fund transfer. EZ pass do have official app. Just look for it and get it.

Hardly ever works. Freezes every time and impossible to update or edit info.

This is not the official EZ Pass App. It’s fake. My guess the most innocuous thing is they make money on adding funds to your account. The worse is they are stealing data. Shame on Apple for allowing this in EZTollsNY Store.

EZTollsNY is a total waste. It works, but they charge $2 for every deposit to your account.

I didnt know there was an actual app certified for tolls. Thought this was the one. There’s no reason to use this one for NY.

Don’t waste your time downloading EZTollsNY it’s not actually managed through New York State. I wouldn’t be allowing EZTollsNY to have access to your EZ-pass account and credit card information.

I just contacted E-ZPass NY and they said there's only one app for accessing your E-ZPass on your phone, and this is not it. if you have ever logged in using EZTollsNY, go to the EZ Pass website and change your password immediately. Because EZTollsNY is a phishing scam.

After taking the money out of bank account, they deposit it on initial sign up however few days later will call back the money from ezpass account. I’d steer away!

I was okay with the experience until the latest feature of the security questions. You can’t even see the full sentence of the security question, how can you put your answer? No basic testing before the release at all.

No options on EZTollsNY to remove your information. If I simply delete EZTollsNY do they retain my card info? For some reason EZTollsNY has all of my credit cards on there. I did not add them. How did they get access to it? When do they collect that $10 fee to maintain a service I did not realize I was buying? How did this get past Apple App Store?

You are giving your EZPASS logging and paying information on an app that only money every time you refill.l and has nothing to do with the real EZPass.

They can take extra money “by mistake” and good luck trying to get it back.

Best go to the EZPASS website and Handle your EZPass business there. Don’t pay extra putting money towards your balance . Ridiculous.

Kia Stinger is no in the model list. I had to choose a different mode from the list instead. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pretty good app, has gotten better I think overtime.
Still I can’t pull up the whole statement, but now at least I can look up transactions clearly by dates or month.
Please make statements available too, thanks.

Pretty useful however, it should allow u to set up your account and change your name,etc

As a New Yorker I hate the New York system calling ez pass was one of the worst I’m so glad that now I don’t have to deal with them directly and im able to manage my account my way and right away

I see a lot more negative reviews than I thought I would see. After using EZTollsNY for last few months, I have to give it 2 thumbs up. If you’ve ever called their main # to add funds, you appreciate paying .99 for fast easy convince. And EZTollsNY is bug free no freezing or bad info. And some complain about updated account info. Don’t forget it has to first hit the EZ pass website before it can show up here.
