i can't accept friend requests or add people

Cannot add friends, adds for a second then spears to delete request on friends app.

hi my bereal account won’t let me accept, decline or add friends? wondering how to fix this.

Not able to accept or add friends

I can’t add people it doesn’t work even people who have already added me it just gives me a spinning ball

I can‘t add friends. I click on the plus sign and it loads all the time without actually adding them.

Adding people/accepting requests all not working. Eventhough "hiding" people does work

I can’t add or accept friends. It keeps loading. I tried to reinstall the app but it still will not work.

it will not let me add my friends back who added me!!!!

whenever i click add friend it loads for a sec and then nothing changes and i can just push the add button again with no results. My friends also cant add me.

Hi! I cant seem to add a friend on the app. Whenever either oneof us presses "ad friend", the button loads for a second and then nothing happens. My friend that im trying to add is able ro add other people.

It won’t let me add friends. I’ve tried reconnecting my wifi and everything. Any ideas?

Hi, I can't seem to add any friends nor are they able to send me friend requests through my username nor link :(

I can’t login my account They don’t send me a new code and whenever resend times up there’s an error which said “unknown error, status ;-1 “

won’t let me make an account. every time i try to make a username it says unknown error status -1, i’ve tried so many different ones

When I get to the screen to create a username it just says “forbidden” with no other explanation. Doesn’t matter how obscure the username is, every name is “forbidden”.

Friends request buttons not working

when i try to add friends from my contact list, it just has a loading symbol and never adds them. tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn’t help

It’s not letting me post a BeReal. My memories are gone. My contacts won’t load and won’t let me add people. I get notifications for friends posting but when I get on the app it’s saying no one posted. It’s all black and not working

app wasn't letting me see my friends posts so i logged out and tried restarting the app. when i got back in all of my memories were gone :( are they gone for good? also, the app still doesn't work.

my memories haven’t worked! It’s activated and says retrieving memories but has been like this for weeks and never actually loads my memories. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and cleared space on my phone :( nothing works

I deleted the app earlier today and have redownloaded it but it won’t give me the option to log back in

my bereal is saying my friends haven’t uploaded and i should add more friends but i have loads and it doesn’t let me see the posts from yesterday as it usually does. it asking me to upload a new post but doesn’t?

I downloaded the app and it is not letting me make a username. Every time I try to continue after create a new user name it states are -1 status. What do I do?

I can't even get a username. I will load everything else and then it tells me "Unknown error: status -1" which I have tried looking up to see what it means but nothing. I've downloaded and redownloaded multiple times.

When trying to add friends I cannot exit the 'add contacts' I am unable to see the screen where you can add by username and can only add people in my contacts

I had BeReal for a while but I deleted it. Now I just downloaded it but it keeps saying "an error occured" when I have to put a new username.

I can add anyone except my friends who I have on my phone's contact list. I have tried to delete them from my contacts list, delete and redownload the app, log in and out again, and tried to download the app on a different phone. None of them worked. The loading sign just shows up when I try to add them and it just goes away after a while without adding them. Hopefully an update will fix this problem.

I can’t add my girlfriend on BeReal. It says internal error. Both of us tried deleting and redownloading the app, but it still doesn’t work.
