It’s irritating and time wasting
I tried citibank debit card to make payment and it always failed. Need to work on their payment method functionality
My goodness - Zoomin has severe UI/UX problems (it said I already signed up when i never have ofcourse), had trouble uploading photos; their shipping charges and taxes are insane - almost 40-50% of a product cost. And then the quality is just horrible - colors are faded, paper quality not up to mark. What a huge waste of time, deleted it after first order. Garbage!
They are way too slow to print and ship — turtles could cover the distance in less time! I paid for express shipping, and still it's been over 10 days with no sign of my package. I only recommend this service if you're planning to deliver your weeding photo to your not-yet-born grandchild.
I haven’t received my order yet as I ordered it 2weeks back & I paid the amount through Google Pay but Zoomin still showing Payment pending although the Google Pay has confirmed the payment.
I wrote two email to this app but didn’t got any reply as of now, such a pathetic team & I am totally disappointed with their action.
Can’t change the country in the shipping address...
I ordered a frame for my friend and it’s been 10 days since the estimated delivery date but did not receive anything. I get a message everyday that it will come today but it never happens. Absolutely pathetic experience as a customer because they give you no contact number. Never recommending this to anyone since they would be looted of their money too.
I loved Zoomin and liked their work but sadly I have been unsuccessfully trying to print a photobook for 1 month !!! Zoomin keeps crashing whenever I am trying to select pictures. Its insane, can someone please fix it so I can continue with my order !!!!

Awesome Service. Very convenient to use app. I got a picture calendar printed and it was delivered well within time and was reasonably priced as well.No tracking and tracing was required. Particularly liked the ease of use of application and the automated phone call to confirm the order placement.

I bought their design service and they have exceeded our expectations. This service is very useful if you don’t want to spend hours in making the photo book yourself. this app team will provide a link to the drive where you can upload all pictures and the they design for you. Thanks to entire team for my daughter’s awesome photo book!!
