I have a few apps that are like a Swiss army knife. This one is a wonder for prepping up comics that look professional and especially custom, as well as handling some mundane tasks like meming and basic editing. Never have had any issues from iPhones 6-X. If you could PLEASE though show a list of favorited fonts instead of or in addition to used fonts it would make my year.

I’ve had this quite a while but had been using another app I already had that now doesn’t function. Revisiting StripDesigner I found it is far better in every way. You need to spend some times going through all the options if you want to go beyond the quick basic comic. Some very slick results could be had. 👍🏻

It would be cool to added a double splash page panels instead of just a one empty page splash page need that on the next update and some more cool looking blank pages and word effects otherwise StripDesigner is cool hope the next update is amazing *fingers crossed*. Can’t wait for the update.

I am in love with StripDesigner! There are so many options for the number of photos, types of font, and extra add-ons. I want to turn everything into a comic!!
I would like to see an easy way to turn my comic book into an actual book straight from StripDesigner .

I have used StripDesigner for a long time now. I’ve used it to create a lot of projects, big and small. The thing is that now I have so many projects in StripDesigner . Is there a chance for making folders to sort and organize projects?

Last couple of times I've opened StripDesigner it's practically been inoperable. It used to work like a charm but lately it's terribly laggy to the point it's practically unusable. Please fix for more stars

UPDATE: it’s only gotten worse. It now barely functions and force closes whenever I try and open a project. I’m running an iPhone 7 Plus so it’s not like I have a terribly old phone. Wish this worked better because in the beginning it was awesome. Now not so much.

Very well done app. Developers keep enriching it. I have had it since it first came out and I use it all the time. They continue to add features that make it more versatile without over complicating. This one is the best comic page maker for sure.

I've had strip designer for a while now, and I think it's amazing! I love making comic strips. Recently, I found a bug. I can't make speech bubbles bigger or smaller like I used to. It's a strange bug, but I think that it needs to be fixed.

Straight forward, simple to use. Can import fonts, which is great! However, although there’s a workaround, I would like to insert image into cell & have StripDesigner automatically resize the image to fit the cell.

This is my go to app for comics, photo collages, and general fun photo sharing. Very well implemented!

Best $2.99 I have ever spent on an app! I created a masterpiece that I plan to print and frame in our house! Thanks for this amazing app!

For me and my brother this is pretty much a fanfic creator we see a movie or game that we like make a comic of it than show it to mom any ways I love it

This is an amazing app. You can do so much to create and edit and export your comic strip or book.

Beyond words! I just discovered StripDesigner and can't wait to install it on my mom's iPhone when I get to my parents' house for Christmas. I gave her an iPhone last year, which she just loves. (She turned 80 this August, by the way.) My parents went on a trip recently to the Baltics, where she took tons of photos of friends with her iPhone. She emailed me yesterday to sat that she can't wait (for me to help her) to download the photos to her iMac, so that she can start making comic strips from these new photos before sending them to her friends.

Lo and behold, here's this darling little app (for a mere $2.99), which will let her do all this right on her iPhone. I just sent my "maiden Lifestrip creation" to her, and I'm willing to bet that she'll be waiting for my arrival even more eagerly. Too bad I won't get there till Dec. 15, Paris (France) being a bit far from California without advanced planning... Still thanks to the iPhone and StripDesigner, I'm fast becoming her favorite child! (Well, maybe...)

I have used at least 5 different comic or story boarding apps and this is by far the best. It has the most features and versatility of any other similar app. I especially like the ability to import from the clipboard (from Art Studio and iDraw in particular) to save the added step of saving to then importing from Photos. The drawing brushes are very nice-- can create nice looking panels or backgrounds from within StripDesigner . The special effects for text are very customizable. The best feature, though, is the ability to create an unlimited number of my own stickers. I draw my characters in Art Studio or iDraw, make them as stickers that can be reused ( also make props in to stickers) and paste and rescale on to backgrounds made within Strip Designer. StripDesigner is very stable; I've used for several years without any problems. This is the only comic app you will need.

StripDesigner is more than a comic strip maker - it's a full-fledged graphics program with more functionality then a lot of the supposedly top graphics apps. The ability to add your own fonts alone makes StripDesigner best in class - I can't believe more apps don't allow for this. Everything is customizable. You can change the shape, borders, colors, opacity, and spacing of text. StripDesigner let's you export in PNG format with a large screen resolution. You can edit the base picture with ease and add layers. And one of the most fun features is the ability to import your own "stickers" from the camera roll. AND the import feature supports transparency, so you can add your own pictures that have transparent backgrounds and create seamless graphics. I LOVE StripDesigner! I'd pay three times as much as StripDesigner costs given all that it can do.

For ease of use and functionality StripDesigner is the best in its class. The others I tried were clunky and difficult to use but I prefer landscape mode and the 'draw on' capability of the pics. In future updates I would like to see a 'frames' section added where we can choose nice borders like the old Picture-It by Microsoft on a pc. Love being able to use an Apple pencil as well. A bit more on the draw options would be nice but being able to use the Camera Roll to upload provides workarounds. App remains well supported and not restricted to 'square' like some others that do frames but do not have landscape mode. Very necessary for photo art or incorporating originals.
