Poor customer service

I ordered a frame for my friend and itโs been 10 days since the estimated delivery date but did not receive anything. I get a message everyday that it will come today but it never happens. Absolutely pathetic experience as a customer because they give you no contact number. Never recommending this to anyone since they would be looted of their money too.
Horrible color quality, bug ridden app, Delete!

My goodness - the app has severe UI/UX problems (it said I already signed up when i never have ofcourse), had trouble uploading photos; their shipping charges and taxes are insane - almost 40-50% of a product cost. And then the quality is just horrible - colors are faded, paper quality not up to mark. What a huge waste of time, deleted it after first order. Garbage!
Too too too slow

They are way too slow to print and ship โ turtles could cover the distance in less time! I paid for express shipping, and still it's been over 10 days with no sign of my package. I only recommend this service if you're planning to deliver your weeding photo to your not-yet-born grandchild.
