I’m glad I didn’t port my number.
I set up my account and tried to call my co-workers extension to run a test, and the call ended immediately upon ringing. Nothing would go through. My settings page wouldn’t load either so I couldn’t look at my account details. While I was on my app, it listed me as “Offline” which made no sense too. Overall, a very poor app and I highly recommended going ELSEWHERE!
Nothing worked on CloudTalkGo .
Mobile app works maybe .5% of the time. Which is to say it doesn't work.
If I could write a zero star review I would. Maybe a negative one? It’s horrible. A ton of bugs, glitches, etc. oh! And the desktop app is just as bad. Won’t use it for business again. DO NOT USE CloudTalkGo!!!!
You cannot receive calls on CloudTalkGo and you cannot text or be texted. When you make an outbound call once the phone goes into lock or sleep the call disconnects so no speakerphone.
The only good thing about CloudTalk is the call quality. Otherwise I really don’t like it and I wish I didn’t port my number from Toky.
Can't get CloudTalkGo to work with the new update
The phone doesn’t ring when called. Notifications for texts don’t work. Auto capitalization like every other text app non-existent. Save your money and go elsewhere.
CloudTalkGo loads okay in the phones. I’m able to make calls but it does not ring when there’s an upcoming call. You would think by now this would have been fixed but is still just an app that need improvement.
This is useful for the business I’m helping out but I’ve noticed that it will continually ring through to me phone even after I log out AND close CloudTalkGo . This would seem to be concerning simply from a security perspective but it’s also super annoying. Devs can you please clean up that part of the code? It should certainly go offline when signed out within CloudTalkGo !
Cloudtalk has become essential for managing my business calls. CloudTalkGo ’s interface is clean, intuitive, and user friendly. It is easy to navigate, and I was able to get up and running without any hassle. It also has a robust range of features such as call recording for keeping track of important conversations. Calls are consistently clear with no drops. Overall it has been great for streamlining and organizing my calls.
Perfect for cloud talk users not on their computer or taking incoming calls.

CloudTalk is simple, straightforward, and user-friendly to use. The pricing is good for our needs. If you need extra built in services, I would suggest looking into something else.
