Clunky
The app shows up to date features at the chosen arcade but the app is extremely slow and clunky. The controls for the menu are also relatively tiny and is difficult to read due to the tiny font. Just hitting the back button is also quite taxing as the page doesn't load fast, sometimes even slower than the page you backed from.

It’s all broken!
Round1 USA has many issues aside from its app being broken. But what’s the use of an app to link to your card in order to reload or check point balances when it doesn’t work and hasn’t for quite some time? Locations have management that thinks they know the way to run the location and that too is broken. Machines are often half-working. This is FAR FROM a Japanese experience brought to the States. Please fix it all! *bows politely*

Bloatware and deceptive advertising
The app is horribly slow and prone to crashing with terrible UI/UX (it even has a button for reloading when it gets messed up which means they know how bad it is). Even worse, the round1 I went had a sign saying they would give a $1 discount for downloading the app but then the manager said they don’t do that unless you pay money to join the club. Of course they told me that only AFTER I downloaded this piece of bloatware. Stay away.
