- App is extremely slow and clunky

- Controls for the menu are relatively tiny and difficult to read

- Back button is taxing as the page doesn't load fast

- No way to enroll strictly through the app

- Connection consistently fails when trying to sign up

- Email verification link times out by the time it reaches inbox

- Only allows up to 8 characters for password

- Management at locations is broken

- Machines are often half-working

I was FRAUDULENTLY charge $105.50 on 3/13/22, I've never even heard of your company let alone been there or used any "mobile app"... Yet at 8:30pm tonight I was charged for $105.50!!?!?!? WHAT? I want MY MONEY BACK! I've contacted your stores and corporate without any resolve, I expect one 3/14/22.
