Round1Entertainment shows up to date features at the chosen arcade but Round1Entertainment is extremely slow and clunky. The controls for the menu are also relatively tiny and is difficult to read due to the tiny font. Just hitting the back button is also quite taxing as the page doesn't load fast, sometimes even slower than the page you backed from.

When trying to sign up, the connection consistently fails. The few times I've made it past the inital sign up screen, the email verification link times out by the time it reaches my inbox. When asking for a password it only allows up to 8 characters, but does require me to store real personal information or else my account may be banned.

Overall, they need to hire a real person or company to develop Round1Entertainment if they expect it to replace their in-store stamp system.

Round1 USA has many issues aside from its app being broken. But what’s the use of an app to link to your card in order to reload or check point balances when it doesn’t work and hasn’t for quite some time? Locations have management that thinks they know the way to run the location and that too is broken. Machines are often half-working. This is FAR FROM a Japanese experience brought to the States. Please fix it all! *bows politely*

I’ve tried several times now to make an account to register my card but every single time I run into the same problem, I enter all the required information it asks me for and then it won’t let me continue and if I’m doing something wrong it’s not telling me that. I tried to make an account on the desktop site and I couldn’t find anyway to do that there so I’m force to try to get this junk app to work.

I go to the Utah location and Round1Entertainment never fails! It does what it says. I don’t know why everyone else is having trouble and giving 1 star bruh it’s fine

Round1Entertainment is horribly slow and prone to crashing with terrible UI/UX (it even has a button for reloading when it gets messed up which means they know how bad it is). Even worse, the round1 I went had a sign saying they would give a $1 discount for downloading Round1Entertainment but then the manager said they don’t do that unless you pay money to join the club. Of course they told me that only AFTER I downloaded this piece of bloatware. Stay away.

Downloaded Round1Entertainment for the in app offers. Coupons such as buy one ice cream and get one free did not work. Also, there needs to be a way to link my physical club card to Round1Entertainment . FAQ says physical club card members do not get app benefits, but what if I wanted to link my card to Round1Entertainment later down the road? Is that even possible? Overall Round1Entertainment and how they manage club memberships needs some work.

Purchased membership in the arcade but when trying to register it, it keeps saying unsuccessful and was told had to use app to register the card and get deals. Also, there is no support or contact us within Round1Entertainment or on their website. There isn’t even an option to manage account on the computer so you have to try and use Round1Entertainment . So horrible!

Round1Entertainment is poorly designed. It took me a couple of tries to get registered properly and I hope I did it correctly. The location I went to told me I had to register my card through Round1Entertainment within 24 hours or my card would be deactivated which is ridiculous. Wish it would show my credits or ticket balance in Round1Entertainment as well.

Tried to sign up through app, and asked for help at the new round 1 location in Eugene. Customer service was absolutely trash, and after an hour and a half of talking to different employees and a manager we were still hardly helped. On top of this, the place is very overpriced. Wouldn’t not recommend, and I will most definitely not be returning.

I genuinely hope the entire quality assurance team, if there was one to begin with, is fired for this atrocity. The unnecessary access to photos and inability to register actually makes Round1Entertainment unusable and a waste of bandwidth and storage space. With the addition of removing stamps at locations, this is a spit in the face to longtime fans of round one, and is a travesty nobody should ever have to endure using.

It just tells me connection failed on all of the buttons. I really was hoping to use the reload feature since my closest R1 is 2 hours away. Would really love for it work. The layout isn’t bad but some of the buttons at the top are kind of small. But if nothing works, I can’t give Round1Entertainment a good rating.

Try to sign up several times to no avail. The only way to sign up is through Round1Entertainment so there is not workaround. App is useless because you cannot use any of the features unless you have an account to login to.

I don’t know what is going with Round1Entertainment but it just won’t let you register at all and there’s nothing you can to fix and the amount of the bad reviews on Round1Entertainment says a lot on how much round 1 cares

There is no way to enroll strictly through the round 1 app even though it says so on Round1Entertainment FAQ

I read reviews out of curiosity but usually don't take them seriously, but MAN was one person spot on about the connectivity problems. It really is consistently failing. What's worse is it doesn't make a difference if I'm using my home wifi, guest wifi, of cellular data.

I tried to make a account to check my around 1 card, but I couldn’t make a account!!! I tried with my phone number, and 2 different emails but it said that the url is wrong or something. DO NOT GET!!!

Round1Entertainment will not load anything up what-so-ever. I don’t remember ever having this issue and I had it uninstalled from my phone. They need to fix it quickly for people who want to use it.

I was able to register for an account in Round1Entertainment . But, I signed up for the club membership in store and cannot connect my app account to the card.

Ok let me rephrase. Its an ok app but it doesnt work in areas of low signal ! I go into Round One and open Round1Entertainment so they can check my member card or give me a stamp but they cant because unless you have signal you cant do anything. Make some small adjustments please.

Only downloaded it because I was required to. Barely works and is a worse reward system than the previous system. Honestly makes me not want to even go to Round 1 anymore.

Downloaded for coupons and it did not work. Tried to refuse to give us discount because app would not load coupon specifically (rest of app would load).

Such a shame, what a waste of time! They could really benefit from this if it worked properly and synced up with the physical card. Too many issues, not worth it.

So how do you except us to add stars to our cars if this is the only way we upgrade to the next tier? “Tap home to reconnect “ and every time you want to add something it crushes.

You have to pay for a monthly membership to get deals. Plus they give your information away to third party companies.
