When there is a question in which I must write sentences as my answers, I write part of it down, double check my sources for my answers/think about what to write next before writing it, then I write it down a few seconds later. I click "submit answer," and then it erases half of my work. Another thing I have seen, whenever there is an apostrophe, it writes down letters, numbers and symbols where the apostrophe ought to be. This makes multiple choice questions impossible to answer correctly because, well, there is no correct answer. I have only seen this happen in language however.
The app does not connect anymore with American Express. While we can upload transactions CSV files this makes it a less than appealing solution as we loose the possibility to follow the expenses in real time and gives the customer an additional cubersome task to do. Can you please update on this issue? Why Amex doesn't want to connect with Monarch anymore? Are there any security issues?
