How to fix Controletty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Controletty app on iPhone
Update Controletty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Controletty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Controletty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Controletty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Controletty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Controletty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Controletty App
1. On android, goto Settings » Controletty » click [Force Stop]

Update Controletty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Controletty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Controletty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Controletty.

Fix Controletty unable to contact server/ Controletty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Controletty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Controletty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
