It’s great that programs like WIC are available for mothers. That said, it would be nice if there was a working app to use the program. The app worked great the first time I registered and set it up. I was able to see my benefits and more importantly I was able to scan foods in the store to make sure that they were included in the program. Because there are so many foods and options and not everything is included it can be difficult to find the correct foods that are in the program. Therefore the app is great for this, the first and only time it worked.
After that first time I tried to re-login and it wouldn’t allow me to login. I tried to do password resets which did work, well presumably, but then after resetting the password it said that the account didn’t exist. So how can you reset a password for an account that doesn’t exist? That doesn’t make any sense. See the app does not work well.
This really shouldn’t be an optional tool for mothers, this app should work and it should be a tool that mothers can use because there are so many food choices and is difficult to find things that are included in the program.

There’s a bug in the mobile app. I’ve called the wick office is a dozen times trying to report this issue but nothing has been fixed. When trying to register a new account, when you try to enter the birthdate the app crashes. Even with this current update, this bug still has not been fixed. The point of contacts in the office have no clue how to help with this issue either

I entered all of my information to register for an account, and it says it’s invalid information. I triple checked all the numbers. They worked to activate the card and to sign into the Wic Connect website, but the app is still blocking me. I looked all over the Wic website and called the appointment line and the card service line, and nobody can help me. I hope someone can contact me about this problem and get it sorted out!
