Can’t rate the quality of vet care, but app won’t allow for the submission of a patient profile, appointment, or payment. Been in touch with customer support via email (the only other way to contact them), and have gone in circles where they keep requesting submissions through the app. I really want to like what they’re doing within the veterinary industry, but feels like a fatal flaw when the care of your pet is dependent on a single malfunctioning technology. A simple phone number or web-based login or would help to avoid owner frustration while waiting on necessary updates.

They ask you for all your personal information and your animals personal information and then they drive you to a portal to sign up for membership but they don’t tell you anything about the membership or any of the pricing
you say that you have transparent care and transparent pricing but I can’t find any pricing information on your website and it doesn’t say under membership how many times you can go in for an exam you have to dig around quite deeply on the site and it still isn’t clear.

The whole experience was below anything we’ve had before.
The only thing they wanted was to make more and more expensive exam$$
Our dog has just recently been to a doctor, we offered the historical of his exams (15 years worth of bi annual exams) - and they only wanted to make more exams or to put “on record” that we rejected it.
Even though he went through a full cancer examination TWO WEEKS AGO - the only thing the doctor said is that he probably has cancer and we need to do all the exams (thousands of dollars) again.
It’s not worth and they are fully booked for weeks in LA. Keep going to your normal doctor
