been a fan of MA since day one. living in LA and after getting our first dog, i wanted the best care for her. my husband and i found MA in weho and loved the idea of app based care management. her appointments were seamless, offices were impeccable, refilling her medication was easy and communication between us and her provider was above amazing.
in this last year, there’s been a dramatic shift in quality of service. especially around her medications. lots of gaps in communication- they rose no awareness about how often she’d be seen for pill reevaluations, checking in about her prescription status to find out it was never sent in the first place, vaccines or other various updates. also, shortages of her medications in shipments…is kinda unacceptable.
everyone who works there is so great at their job. either the agents in chat, the doctors to the nurse team- everyone is doing their best. there just doesn’t seem to be a platform that’s connecting the lines of communication between these teams. information doesn’t seem to transfer over really well.
transparency isn’t really there, which was why i came to MA in the first place. MA has grown so much over the last couple of years since we’ve joined and it’s been really cool to see it happen. however, if this doesn’t improve- this membership is no longer for us. good luck guys!
