They Need to Reconfigure the Interface

Stupid app won’t let you tap the back or exit button at the top of the screen/application usually. It’s at the very edge of the screen and will keep you stuck on certain pages. I end up having to close the app and reopen it just to do basic things. A whole county with all those funds and a lackluster bare minimum mobile application. Catch up with the times !
Poorly constructed App

There are at least 12 Jackson Counties in the US that I know of. This app simply states “Jackson County”, but no state. I signed up to see if it was Florida, but I guess not since it won’t pull up my home by name, address nor parcel number. But the tax notice I received stated to download the Jackson County Tax app, but this is the only one I see on the iPhone app search that has Jackson County and tax in it. Obviously this app needs work for identification and use purposes.

This Payit site is so dumb and such a waste of time. The old site was so much better and easier to work with. I hate that my tax dollars are paying for this inferior 3rd party. 😡
