Close and restart the Fresco 360 app on iPhone
Update Fresco 360 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fresco 360 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fresco 360 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fresco 360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fresco 360 app issues:

Force Stop the Fresco 360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fresco 360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fresco 360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fresco 360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fresco 360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fresco 360.

Fix Fresco 360 unable to contact server/ Fresco 360 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fresco 360 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fresco 360 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fresco 360 on android.
