This business doesn’t follow the law and rules of the transportation regulations for example they don’t check the drivers documents and whether they have all the necessary documents to be approved to pickup people from airports or ports. For example in Orlando Florida you can’t pick up people from the port unless you have a permit and 1 million coverage insurance . Same thing at the airport you have to have a permit and at least 300k insurance. I’m talking here about vans and SUVs. I have been in business 25 years and I have talked to my attorney and also other companies will do the same thing and we are going to ban GetTransferDRIVERService from working in Florida as a first step and we get it banned in all US.

They steal money from both the driver and passenger plus it takes forever to be paid and you can’t cancel a ride

I tried GetTransferDRIVERService and made some trips (6 in total) from June 13 to 19, 2024, accumulating earnings of around US$1.2K, upon seeing that Gettranferts did not make any payment to me, and after several emails with vague responses (The payment is to be made at the nearest time) I canceled all future trips that were scheduled, Gettranfers faithfully deducted the respective commissions for those cancellations, now they owe me $0.96K for the services completed a month ago…. I understand why users complain that the driver does not appear, and that no one will continue driving if you do not pay. Both drivers and riders are affected.

I took a trip From Quebec Canada to Boston Massachusetts, this trip according to GetTransferDRIVERService was paying my 1295, after they too their commission I was left with 1003 dollars, today marks 20 days since I completed the trip and still I’m waiting for my money, please report GetTransferDRIVERService which is run by scammers, also their customer service it’s no professional, no accurate answers, this is completely not ok. Please report GetTransferDRIVERService ASAP SO MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME DONT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS

I have been waiting for more than a week for my payment and they don’t deposit in my account. I have sent several email and they don’t reply back properly, they reply me back telling me that my account wasn’t associated to them when I completed a trip even before. This is really bad service and people should be aware the many red flags posted by other people

This application is a scam, it's one you take trips and they never pay you. I have almost 500 dollars for more than 15 days and they have never paid it. I send them emails and they never do anything. Don't fall for these scams. Report GetTransferDRIVERService so they can remove it. the application store and publish it on social networks so that no one else is hurt

They are scam
i did many rides and it’s been over two months now and never get any payment.
Keep email them and the response always unprofessional and they just ask me to wait.
I will keep accepting rides and text the customer that they are scam and not paying us then cancel on them 👍🏻.

I did one drive and still have not been paid. There is no telephone number to contact anyone, only email which they aren’t responsive.

I’m going file a complaint with Business Better Bureau as well as other US governmental agencies to stop this.

They will never send the money you gain

These people are doing nothing but stealing money from hard-working people. They do not pay the driver. So the drivers are out time and money and never get reimbursed run for the hills. Do not download GetTransferDRIVERService.

GetTransferDRIVERService is full of scams do not work with GetTransferDRIVERService they don’t pay their partner drivers . And they block their account once they owe them money and never responds to their emails.

I was driving for 6 months, but they didn’t pay me a penny. Don’t work with them. They are abusing drivers.

Guys please read all the reviews before driving for them. Many drivers had already made a mistake doing job for them including myself. Please don’t work for them. I did a job last year May 2023 but I haven’t got my payment yet its been 10 months already and when I email and call them they just say we are sorry but they don’t say when they are gonna pay because I think they have no intention to pay the drivers because this company owner is a THIEVE. Thats how he feeds this family. Please be really careful and I have already submitted a application to labor of department and I suggest everyone to do the same.

Payment for completed trips takes 2 months, customer service is terrible, best place to get scammed

It been a month i worked for $2400 in month of august but uptill now i haven’t received even a penny in my account this look like a fake app just want to rip off drivers. And i have Been sending them email almost every day but they don’t respond back and never gave you a correct response. I will not recommend this to drivers anymore driver should complaint about this fake app and unprofessional service they provide.

GetTransferDRIVERService is a scam for the most part. A friend of mine did a couple trips and only got paid for one. She is still waiting for pay from the other from July 4th. Bad idea.

They don’t respect you enough to pay you on time, and they want you to keep giving rides. They also act dumb like they don’t know what’s going on. Please be very careful.

It's been more than 30 days since they had to pay me for the trip I took and their finance department's email hasn't responded and they haven't paid!

Drivers! Please stay away from this company. They will never pay you.
Passengers! Please stop using this company. They’re hiring unlicensed drivers with no proper documentation such as city permits or commercial insurance. They don’t even do background checks on those drivers.

This company will not pay your money dont trust them they will let you do the work and wont pay you. If the customer is a no show they will still not pay you and will be telling you we need to investigate more when you provide all the screen shot of when you are in the place and waited 1 hour. There rule say if you waited 1 hour after appointment they will pay you 70% of the ride but they will not give you the money. People for real dont waste your time with this company they dont pay

one of the worst companies I've ever provided service to!! They don't comply with payments, they always find excuses not to pay!! They charge an absurd fee!! You put in to receive it, 7 days you receive it and 20 days later is when they pay!! I haven't been paid for 50 days and they say they have no plans to pay!! Do not provide services to this company because they are not paying you more!

As a driver for GetTransfer, I am extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism when it comes to payment. My experience with their payment system has been terrible; not only do they not pay on time, but they also make various excuses and delays, which is unacceptable.

Don’t use GetTransferDRIVERService! I did a ride 4 month ago and still haven’t gotten paid! No drivers support! Every time I tried to contact them the answer is: we still don’t have an exact date for your payment.

It’s been FOUR MONTHS! And they don’t have any idea when Im getting paid.

I made a trip more than 15 days ago and they don't pay

It's been two months since I completed my trips, and I'm still waiting to receive my payment. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I've yet to receive a satisfactory response. I strongly advise against using GetTransferDRIVERService, as it appears they are withholding payment and engaging in unethical practices.

I’m sorry but the company is fake stealing my money. You guys don’t care about the drivers you only steal drivers pay. Please save your time don’t use GetTransferDRIVERService. The customer service is horrible they don’t understand the drivers. DONT STEAL DRIVERS PAY. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY.!!

They do not pay their drivers they make up lies about their drivers to steal their money. They also don’t refund their customers. This is the worst company ever to be on Apple or Google play stores. They should be removed from these services. They are thieves.

Scam Don’t be their driver. I worked with them as a driver and completed few trips . It’s been a year I haven’t been paid. I wrote them hundreds of emails but no response. Every single time I get the same email that my payment is delayed.

We worked for this company as an affiliate, they closed down our area didn’t pay us for the jobs we did and can’t contact them.

Did a job for them value $60 usd they take out their 27% leaving something like $43.8 usd. When I checked my ride balance it’s €25 euros how the help $43 usd is equivalent to €25 euros. Another thing I have to have €50 euros to get paid big scam

Be careful, they do not pay the indicated time, they do not pay for no shows, they have late payments and they charge exaggerated commissions. There is no good customer services for drivers, they never respond

Dear fellow drivers, I want to warn you about GetTransferDRIVERService 's terrible money holding policy. They have a complete disregard for their drivers' financial well-being and only care about their own profits. After working on their platform for three months and making money driving for them, they will still hold onto your earnings for an additional 120 days. This means that regardless of how much money you have made, you will not see any of it for at least four months. It doesn't matter if you're relying on this job to make ends meet or if you're doing it full-time to support yourself and your family. GetTransferDRIVERService will still hold onto your hard-earned money and leave you in a financial bind. It's clear that this company only sees its drivers as disposable commodities, and they have no problem taking advantage of us. They don't care about the people who are making them money, and they certainly don't care about our financial well-being. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother driving for GetTransferDRIVERService. You'll be much better off working for a company that actually values its employees and treats them with respect.

interface looks good, it needs a lot development though.
It keep losing the offers that i already gave. Chat page is missing a lot of features, we send msgs to customers but dont even know if its delivered, etc.

Good app so far. Would love to see a search option where you can pick specific cities to start from. That would allow us to plan multiples (Start in Philadelphia finish in Boston then find a Boston to Newark, NJ and then a Newark to Philly)

Sometimes there are delays with clients, but this is not the problem of the platform. In general, everything is fine.

So, far one of the best ride share app, that let the driver have the control of his own bit trip rate. And pick the area where the driver wants to work.

GetTransferDRIVERService pays drivers but just 3 months after you start look like it is scammers. After 3 months everything is fine and they pay on time after 10 days when you complete the ride. Its worth it and im making money with GetTransferDRIVERService.
