I am very disappointed. This watch worked perfectly with my old phone but now that I change my phone I have not been able to connect it to the device and I can not even use it.

No longer allows you to sink you texts. And this morning my face changed from digital to analog on my watch! And there is nothing in SmartWristband3 that allows me to change it back to digital! Nor does it let you change your watch face to a photo or wall paper!

My old watch and it’s accompanying app (of a different brand), seemed to work a lot better than SmartWristband3. The watch is great for what I need and is a heck of a lot cheaper than most watches, but SmartWristband3 is not that great. It does not sync with my watch very well at all! I can have 9000 steps on the watch, but SmartWristband3 may say 8800 and won’t budge no matter how many times I quit it and reopen it. It doesn’t keep the information that the watch has either. When I open SmartWristband3 back up, the heart rate that it synced with will say something completely different, like from the morning. It doesn’t hold onto the new information. Also, my heart rate may reach 134 beats, which is cardio level, but it will say I have only reached 8% fat burning and show no cardio. It’s really frustrating. It’s like SmartWristband3 has a bunch of bugs that needs to be fixed!!!

Just tried the watch while doing a stationary cycle… 15 minutes… the heartbeats per minute count was off by 30% the entire time. Total calories were off by 130.

I went into SmartWristband3 , and got my smart ready to get “searched”.. and it didn’t work. I kept trying for 10 min and kept checking if my phone Bluetooth is on. Yes it is, it’s not working!!!

Step count is outrageous. It’s so far off. It practically doubles my step count. The text is to small to even read text that come in. And it doesn’t have a truly customizable dial. Ugly green is the on option for step view.

This watch does everything I wanted it to do. It tells me the time and the date, counts my steps, keeps track of my sleep, and measures my heart rate. SmartWristband3 says it can sync with Apple health, but the heart rate and sleep stuff doesn’t show up on there yet. Updates of SmartWristband3 are happening so many of the problems in past reviews have been solved. For example, texts and phone calls and other alerts now come in (if you want them to-you can turn on and off whatever alerts you want in SmartWristband3 ), and the watch face is fairly customizable now. Super good smart watch for the price, does exactly what I wanted it to!

I don’t know why but it won’t connect to my watch. I’ve tried a couple of times and it did once. Then it disconnects. Over all it’s a really good app! It monitors all of my stuff.

I would rate this Wristband as an Excellent Entry-Level collection device. Easy to set up and the charging port is magnetic—no more breaking the churching cord trying to recharge. Kudos to the developers.

This is just what I expected. It is a low cost smart watch that does the basics. Just what I wanted. If you want simple this is your watch. If you want complex spend 7 times more.

Won’t connect to my band that works with the older versions.
I found the watch works very well. Initially I did have problem when syn with my phone but it was a matter of settings in the phone. Tells me all the walks I take better than the phone as I don't always carry the phone around. The heart rate monitoring is also quite accurate so I know my rate during exercising and can work to improve my cardio. The sleep quality app tells me the deep and light sleep for the night although it is still showing I am asleep when I am actually up and about. All in all, very good values.
This product is rubbish I was sat in with my doctor and she said let look at your blood pressure. I said I have this great new watch which helps me keep track off my blood pressure here look my blood pressure is 120 over 80 she was not so impressed and continued to tell me that my blood pressure was actually 154 over 110 not so good .this product will say your fine while your having a heart attack don't waste your money on this

Wore it to bed like every other night watch is charged. Green light is constantly flashing and won't turn on. As I cant turn it on its no longer bound with phone.

I have, only days ago bought Smart Wristband3. The data it shows is completely out, if i walk 100 steps, it shows 180. Blood pressure shows 70/45.. which means I should be in hospital. Ive contacted your "just answer" which asked for money to speak to a specialist. I didnt want to do that, so open-end a chat, only to be told I have to pay for assistance, when I said I couldn't, Clea, cut me off. So is this how this company does its support... Pay up or get lost!
