After purchasing the service for one year on the 20th, it could not be used on the 21st, and the customer service could not be contacted for a refund, so the sense of experience was very poor.

Totally not working anymore. It shows CONNECTED while using, but actually u lost all connection at that time ,can’t open website no matter google or bing , anything ..

I had use this application at least about 3 years, of course it was a good app but it often have trouble,maybe last for few hours or few days, but on this time, i had waited just about 2 mouths!!! It still don't work!!!! I can't do anything but with the subscribe pass away!!!I payed for it but I can't use it!!!!and your even give any compensations!!!

Don’t know what happened but it’s been failing to connect since the beginning of March and still is now. Don’t know when it’ll get repaired and whether the payment could get returned or compensated.
Of course tried to get in touch with costumer service or report logs vial in app function and official mailbox but nothing happened at all.

i really hope you guys will solve the problem,sbeacuse of it has been not working for few months and I really love Lantern

It worked before. That’s why I say “Almost”. It’s been not working AT ALL and the GUI messes itself up after switching among apps. Please look into it. PC version has been updated for a few times for past few months but not iOS version. So what we are using here is clearly outdated and maybe not receiving the correct and latest config properly.

It can be used just for a short time , and feel very good at the beginning, but after 10 minutes, it can’t be used! If I want to use it again, I must turn off it and then turn on, It’s really really stupid!

It costs nearly 50 bucks and it only works on a PC. No such way to connect the internet though iPhone! And no prompt efficient response back from the service!!!

I have used it for 5 years,but now I can use t in my huawei phone and computer, but it can’t work on iPhone,no account login in,no connect, no reply from the developer and no money refund

Lantern will show connected but there is actually no connection, it doesn’t help that it doesn’t show anything like a error message.

I’m a Windows 10 PC platform pro user , bought Lantern three months ago(around May, 2023). The PC version works really good but the iOS version never connects. hope the developers can fix this issue soon.

It’s difficult to open websites even connected. I have a pro account but how to associate to mobile versions?

First,Keep configuring,and after restarting the software many times, configuration completed.
But there is a new problem, if I want to open the webpage normally, I have to switch the connection repeatedly

The PC version has always been stable and fast, but the ios version is terrible and often fails to connect, hope the problem can be solved asap...

I brought pro version for several years, it works well on PC and Androids but not for IOS

I can not find the place to log in my account, I don’t want to use the free version!

Something went wrong with your app for iPhone please fix it up I can’t use internet after connection

Hi, there. Thank you for bringing this app to iOS. But, let’s say it has the worst user-experience. We know this app uses some exclusive ways to work, like through p2p or through uncensored network services. Maybe Apple cut these Cross-App call or just yield to censors. It has been out of working for nearly two weeks. Wish you could fix the problems soon.

Great connection on Mac, but very poor performance on iPhone. I've tried to email technique suppprt and received nothing. I will have to buy different VPN since this one doesn't work well with iPhone.

The iOS version usually fails to connect. It all depends on luck. If I’m lucky, I can connect it……hope to fix this problem!

It worked well, but I didn’t pay anything I m worrying about the how much free data it would provide every day. However, the iPhone app doesn’t provide a channel for me to pay and upgrade to vip account

The fastest connection I've ever seen! In Russia now very difficult to find working VPN, lots of them being banned by government everyday.
