Saw an ad online about these guys buying old electronics so I thought I’d give it a shot! My wife and I like to keep our old Iphones in case anything goes wrong with our newer ones so we had piles of them. this app is a great idea! Mike was on time and paid a very fair price for my Macbook. I had it listed on eBay but decided against that due to fees and shipping. I’d definitely recommend using this service to unload your unused devices.
Nightmare come true. I got a quote about an iMac computer I was trying to sell for $310. Was completely honest about the condition sent it off and a timely manner, and was denied the amount they offered me for the computer without explanation then asked if I would like to pay them $5 to recycle it for me. When I told them I would like it return to me it was not shipped back to me for two and a half weeks after I contacted customer service four times. Since then they've uploaded the tracking information and it has been "delivered" to the wrong address, and they are not held accountable for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a legitimate sale. You be better off going to the Eco booth in the mall.
