Where is it?

My phone (apple) says it’s downloaded the app but it’s nowhere to be found on my phone. I even rebooted the phone and it’s still not showing. Update: this may have ended up being an issue with our WiFi. Once I turned it off I was able to download the app from the cloud. It still didn’t recognize my password and I had to reset it before I could finally login & create a pin. It would be great if the app had facial recognition capabilities to login.
Needs some work

I just downloaded this app and am already having issues. It had me create a pin to login with, but every time I just toggle between apps, it makes me type in the pin again. It also does not sync with the Apple Health app. That app is showing a completely different number of steps taken for the day. And I have tried refreshing both apps as well as closing them out and reopening them.
Unusable at best

This app it literally unusable, even calling it an app is a generous thing. All this is is a container browser for the mobile site, but worse because it doesn’t even work. IF you can get it to log you in (which you have to do every time, with No Face ID) it pops up with a big warning that you’re on an unsupported browser please use something else!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️ Like for real. 👎
