My phone (apple) says it’s downloaded RegenceEmpower but it’s nowhere to be found on my phone. I even rebooted the phone and it’s still not showing. Update: this may have ended up being an issue with our WiFi. Once I turned it off I was able to download RegenceEmpower from the cloud. It still didn’t recognize my password and I had to reset it before I could finally login & create a pin. It would be great if RegenceEmpower had facial recognition capabilities to login.

I downloaded this for the Regence Empower benefits. The links are broken and then it tells me to download RegenceEmpower IN RegenceEmpower . So I click on that link to “download” it, and nothing happens either. App is useless.

As soon as I logged in and it made me create a pin code it just keeps resetting to that screen and making me put in my new pin. I tried deleting and re-downloading RegenceEmpower but the exact same issue happened again. Help.

I’ve confirmed I have the correct username and password by logging in on the browser but it simply will not work in RegenceEmpower . Funny enough if you select the “register” button it takes you to a page to make an account and from there I can click a “sign in if you already have an account” button and successfully sign in there, but then if I close and open RegenceEmpower it asks me to sign in again and the same username and password don’t work!

I just downloaded RegenceEmpower and am already having issues. It had me create a pin to login with, but every time I just toggle between apps, it makes me type in the pin again. It also does not sync with the Apple Health app. That app is showing a completely different number of steps taken for the day. And I have tried refreshing both apps as well as closing them out and reopening them.

I know my password and able to sign to Regence on my desktop computer. Does not work on RegenceEmpower.

Very frustrating and not intuitive to use. Disappointed that this is the chosen platform and it does not work at all.

When I tried several times to open RegenceEmpower all I got was an error message that the login failed and a spinning circle.

99% of the time I open RegenceEmpower , it glitches out and won’t open. I’ve tried redownloading and it still doesn’t work. When RegenceEmpower does open, it’s still cumbersome and closes down frequently or doesn’t take the action you need.

It appears it should connect with the normal Regence log in however it won’t connect and gives me an error every time I try. I was excited for RegenceEmpower, but when it’s difficult to get in it makes me not want to go through the work to use it.

It is stuck on the entry page. When I was in it, just setting things up, I was disappointed that it doesn’t connect to my Apple fitness data. I don’t like how I need to visit RegenceEmpower often. It would be ideal for it to collect information that is already collected elsewhere.

RegenceEmpower it literally unusable, even calling it an app is a generous thing. All this is is a container browser for the mobile site, but worse because it doesn’t even work. IF you can get it to log you in (which you have to do every time, with No Face ID) it pops up with a big warning that you’re on an unsupported browser please use something else!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Like for real. 👎

This seems like a very intuitive app that could be useful. However, I’ve tried twice now to complete the health assessment for RegenceEmpower (uninstalled and reinstalled RegenceEmpower )but it just locks up.

Spinning wheel. Can’t log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled RegenceEmpower to no avail.

When trying to navigate in RegenceEmpower I get the spinning wheel of nothing and error messages.

I can’t get into RegenceEmpower because every time I enter the pin code I created for RegenceEmpower , it takes me back to entering the pin code. Tried entering it like 5 times and nothing happens. Please fix!
