After searching for so long for a way to have a second telegram app on my phone, I was thrilled to find this app. Little to my enjoyment though, what I really needed from this app were notification badges and updating chat previews from notification screen/lockscreen, and I'm finding both those features to be not working at all in this or any past version. This is due to this app not updating in the background, as everytime I open it when I recieved a bunch of messages for example, all of them come instant at the same time exploding my sound notification. There, badges actually appear, but if I close Nicegram and recieve a notification, same bug happens again. If this gets fixed, an instant 5/5 star rating from me.
So I've had my second account on this app disappear multiple times. Like I would normally see both accounts in the settings section, but every now and then, it seems to be when I tap on the banner notifications for the first account, the second account disappears and I have to find it by going to the menu under accounts, instead of just being on the main menu of the settings screen. There's also a very annoying issue of when I send multiple photos, Nicegram goes into a crash loop for that one chat or channel and I can't get into it again for hours at a time.
I paid for premium a while back because it allowed me to filter my chats by missed and unmuted unlike the telegram app. In the recent update all that functionality was removed and premium doesn’t offer anything above the regular experience or over regular telegram. I also submitted an application to the beta which was never answered.
Super useful features. Recommend premium if you work with too many chats (unlimited folders and pinned). Has some issues with bugs.
Every now and then I experience some lag and Nicegram randomly closes.
Other than that, the best overall telegram client!
Great app all-together but some bugs annoy me such as getting notifications from muted bots/chats (140 notifications an hour) and some chats not refreshing properly causing replies and messages to not appear on this app...
Please fix and update asap other than that it works well
I was able to select the unread messages till last update. Now i dnt have tht option. I am subscribed to many channels and need that unread messages option to filter it
Almost everything is ok .. except there is no notifications if I connected to cellular data you need to fix that please
The @ sign at the right bottom corn of group chat does work, click and nothing happen, expect jump to the message where is mentioned
We thought Telegram X was the answer to the flaws found in the official Telegram app back when Telegram X was new. But then it was purchased and became the new official app. But now this app is Nicegram that blows the official app out of the water with its new and old features. Since Telegram decided to let Apple dictate how they handle certain content, this app gives those decisions back to the user to decide what content they want to see. Plus, this app is created by a user who has seen the flaws found in the official app and wants to resolve them. So far they’re doing great! Sure, Nicegram has glitches but for the most part its due to the API so it’s understandable. Besides, this is a free app so you cant complain too much if you’re getting it at no cost!
Ps, the members and devs in the chat community are all extremely helpful 🤓🤩😉
I use this app for a number of the features but the most useful to me is being able to conveniently switch between accounts.
Note about 7.x on the first (old) iPhone SE, while previous this app versions worked, the version 7.x will not open on this device.
App doesn’t update anymore. It’s unusable.
Can’t long press and hold on “Chats” at bottom of screen to quickly scan between all of my unread chats; now it just offers me Folders

Or Hellagram or Stellagram! So many extra little features some I’ve wanted for a while and others I didn’t even realize I needed but after having them I now know I never wanna go without em. 👌🏻👊🏻👍🏻
Nicegram is great but it stopped updating messages as of Monday. Are you addressing this or is Nicegram dead? Five star review based on when Nicegram worked, before this latest update.
this app is a great telegram alternative app and i like using it but when adding members to groups, i would really like it if there was a tick all button.
