It would be great if at the very least you could fix the restore purchase feature especially if you’re unable to fix the storage as even with latest update Nicegram says it’s deletes cache and yet Nicegram is taking up 4GB which if I had to just delete Nicegram and redownload it would be okay but since the restore purchase doesn’t work it makes getting premium back once app is deleted that much harder as I’ve been waiting almost a week to get premium back after having to delete Nicegram when it ballooned up to 30GB storage.

Latest update while using 12 pro max this app assistant menu freezes and have to hard reset Nicegram Nicegram doesn’t delete cache at all in fact every time I use it the storage just gets bigger and well exceeds the limit I set at which I want it to delete cached data the only way I’ve found to delete the massive amounts of storage is to delete Nicegram and download it again and prey that I’ll be able to restore premium. I’m currently at 800mb data after having “clearing all data” which didn’t however this is just after deleting Nicegram when the storage had ballooned up to 30GB

The application crashes from time to time and make phone heat up unlike iMe and the telegram.
The application close itself or cease when adding profile picture and you’ll have to start at the beginning I hope the developer find solution to the issue 🙏. 14promax ios16.2

This developer deceived us, he developed an old application and we supported the developer in purchasing the features, and now he developed another application with the same features and with a subscription and left the old application and stopped development for it and did not think about those who supported it before so that he made the new application by returning purchases to them and activating it for them forever as the least appreciation and respect for them

New app provides no new functionality compared to the this app app. Developer has used a persistent pop up message on launch of the old app to harass and inconvenience users of Nicegram , including those who pod for premium features, into adopting this new app with a monthly subscription fee.

I’ll be uninstalling both for the time being. Would rather deal with the telegram app’s limitations than be bait and switched by a developer who doesn’t respect their users.

Nicegram has issues. The AI is pretty dumb, it’s more artificial not so much intelligent. The subscription only works sometimes. The bot doesn’t update if you do stuff before it tells you to for first time usage. The largest issue is when you highlight text and try to edit, it won’t let you, it clears the selection. I uninstalled it and won’t reinstall. Two times bad luck. Keep your garbage app.

Forward without author function is not working despite paying the $1.99 premium! I don’t even understand why a new app was created?! I went back to use the old app instead!

Nicegram glitches a lot when you click Nicegram , there is always a 10-15 seconds delay which goes away when restarting Nicegram , but it’s extremely annoying.

Paid for the old version and do not want the new version. But get prompted anyway when I open Nicegram and am taken to the AppStore. Not the kind of thing you want to see having paid for Nicegram . No updates to the old app? That’s fine - it should work as is and without the constant nag.

They will do this again and again.

I’ve used this app for a long time, but one of the latest updates added a “create your own sticker” button that pops up first thing when you open the sticker tab. Touching it even slightly immediately takes you to Nicegram store, and there is no way to turn it off.

This is the equivalent of a phone game ad always appearing in your text chat with no little x to remove it, crazy annoying.

I’ll be going back to using the normal telegram app until this is fixed, or at least until there is a way to hide this “feature”

this app used to be a pretty good app, and I even paid for the original premium features. This ‘new’ version that the developer is pushing us to, only offers a monthly subscription cash grab …. aaand they just lost me (and I will recommend everyone that I suggested this app to, all members of my various TG groups, to dump this app while we look for something better, or just go back to the Telegram app.

The main one is to save video from groups where many fakers announce illegal mensagens risking all content be simply lost. This feature would save some idols content to be lost forever. Fix it and I’ll fix the rating to 5*
Until there I’ll keep the original with more reliability regarding features with less control indeed, but manually we can filter at least.

Nicegram has gone downhill as they have added chat bots that literally have porn in them and some sore of "free" prepaid visa scam. These features have been reported to apple as Nicegram is not the better alternative to telegram as it is misleading it to be. Yes you can disable the 18+ block filter on the native telegram app, but what this developer is doing is becoming far more malicious. I wouldn't be surprised if there are actual security flaws in Nicegram that may be collecting data with out a user's consent. I implore all users to mass report Nicegram to apple as a scam and for pornographic content as Nicegram will natively spam you with as a pinned chat. this app developers, no one asked for this and no one needs it.

Used to work great. Two days ago, notifications stopped appearing on my lock screen. I’ve reset notifications, deleted and downloaded Nicegram , and reset settings. Nothing has worked and I’m still not able to get notifications on my lock screen.

I’ve been using this app for two years and loved it as a Telegram alternative. However, recent updates have introduced significant issues.

•Joining Channels Issue: Nicegram fails to join channels, often crashing or showing errors. •Frequent Bugs: Problems with sending messages, uploading media, and notifications.
•Performance Lags: Noticeable slowdowns and freezes during peak times.

Suggestions:
1.Fix the channel joining bug.
2.Improve overall app stability.
3.Enhance performance to reduce lag.
4.Provide better customer support.

this app has great potential, but these issues need urgent attention to restore it’s reliability, thank you.

This is just slightly better than the old app. And I am not a fan of the monthly subscription because I think the features are not worth it. I would rather pay just once like the old app rather than every month like this one. To me it’s a deal breaker.

Great app, but it’s missing Apple Watch support like the official Telegram app. If you want the ability to reply to messages you still need to keep the official app installed to reply to messages look at conversations on your watch. If this is fixed, this will be a 5 star app easy! Please fix this guy!

I’ve used this app for almost a year and a half now. Overall it is a better platform for Telegram chat than Telegram’s native app. I gave the original app a 5 star rating and would give the new launch a 5 star but it feels like the biggest purpose of launching new was to switch to a monthly subscription for premium features. After numerous negative reviews the devs provided a bot (@Nicegram_Premium_Restore_Bot) to restore lifetime premium for people who have supported the application previously but I had to go through my purchase history and find exactly when I bought Nicegram and provide a screenshot to do so. This was cumbersome at best. I don’t agree with the developers choices in launching a totally “new” application that is essentially the same as the old one but am glad they at least made good on honoring purchases by loyal supporters of the “old” application.

Again if you are trying to get your lifetime premium back message the bot I mentioned above, it’s not simple but it does work

Frequent group switching can cause crashes. When there is too much group information, it can also cause crashes. I hope the author can fix it

The latest nice gram app is quite interesting and good to note that a lot of the bugs that lows the smooth running of multiple accounts on Nicegram has been solved to an extent. Well, the nice gram team also has to work on the notifications or messages gotten from each account as some messages which are sent seem not to be shown on notifications

Title pretty much explains it. When I go to use an emoji to react to a comment it doesn’t show up, but it shows up on the web version of telegram. Not just mine either. I can’t see other people’s reaction emojis.

Until proven otherwise, this new version is just a money grab. I had premium on the older app and was able restore through a difficult process. Not fun. That aside, it’s one of the better apps out there for telegram.

whenever I try to transcribe a voice message, it says “the request timed out” on any voice message over 3 minutes (i have this app premium) please fix

this app is indeed the #1 client but (this is just my opinion) I wish there was a ‘select all’ button when it comes to saving media because it’s very annoying to just press every media file 1 by 1 PLEASE ADD ONE

Regardless of the setting for where to open links, links are always opening on the default browser for my phone. This is a problem for me, as I always have preferred the in-app Safari option. Please fix!

The only reason it isn't five stars is that I have purchased the lifetime subscription, and when I hit restore purchases, it wasn't working at all. Otherwise, the rest of Nicegram works just as I'd expect it to.

The developer has added features that are lacking in the original app but it would be nice to see some that enhances the user’s privacy. A feature that many want would hide the user’s typing status and online status completely

Latest update some group cant view search or if tap upper group name not function anymore 😞

Thx to the devs for making this amazing app. But the group joining hasn’t been functional for months now. I have updated it to the latest version and it still doesn’t work.

The problem that I’m having with telegram is that they won’t tell you that they are deleting your account without warning you, I really like telegram but you guys should stop banning accounts without warning the users because is a great app for everyone I hope you will do something good about this thanks

Hello dev, can you please make the this app App Folder Accessible through a file management or on PC so when Nicegram crashes you can successfully retrieve you files before clearing cache. i have tons of school doc that i can't now access both through Nicegram and on PC to. Please consider this in the next update

Because of how yucky the original Telegram is on IOS, this is my preferred app for using telegram. However, despite the team saying they’ve fixed the notification issues, it’s still there. I’m having upwards of an hour before notifications show up, and looking through developer responses, they say the update needs time to work correctly or something along the lines of that. Never seen this issue for apps before, but it’s still a nuisance and while I may not be the most educated on how certificates work, this issue has been going on for several months for me, so it confuses me why it’s still present

I just downloaded the latest update and when I opened it, it was asking for number. And I didn’t have access to one of my phone numbers and yeah, lost for good.

I’m really in love with Nicegram. Very easy to use and navigate. Premium subscription is at a good price also. The only bad thing I wish it had was a next button. It gets very tedious having to scroll to find the next episode when the anime has lots of episode. Please consider adding this feature and Nicegram would be even better.

Nicegram is so valuable especially in the times of censored media; There was a glitch yesterday, which was immediately resolved. You won’t regret! I dumped my bluecheck on X; Nicegram is my is the foundation for all the posting for my other social media. Enjoy!

after several updates it remains (you are a member of 500 Groups and channel whereas its not true) totally number of my group and channel is no more than 78. i hope you fix it in next update

I get no notifications when anyone sends me a message and the limit is displayed when joining a new group chat. In fact, I haven't joined more than 500 groups.

Now I love using Nicegram but just recently I got banned. Now I made a new account and I joined one of my favorite groups but it didn’t show anything I turned on the options to see not safe for work stuff but it still didn’t work. I hope they can fix it

Bought premium years ago.

It’s just like this app original but it is getting better. Though I prefer the old layout for selecting photos to send because I don’t know how to get to find specific albums without sending as file now.
Also still crashes when you cancel shake to undo.

Have been using it for 2.5 years before and after rebranding. Really nice to have the features. And a very supportive team is very active in the the group chat. Thanks to the team.

I had premium on the previous app. It was easily restored within one day by messaging the this app bot on telegram. If you have telegram you should get Nicegram!

Good app! Although currently the lily AI chatbot is not working at all. At first it wasn’t responding, so I deleted Nicegram and reinstalled it and its telling me to get started with the AIchat bot again since I deleted it, although it puts me in a endless loop of loading, i tried reinstalling Nicegram and still the same issue. I would love some help please! And thank you.

using this app since 2019, all functions worked fluently and very friendly support team. you could restore premium feature without subscription from the develop team.

I just downloaded movies to watch am using iOS so I have to transfer it to VLC before I can watch this morning I wake up to see all the files are gone why. i me some explanation
Nicegram is good all right but am not satisfy with my files deleting all the times

Nicegram work wonderfully and it’s better than the old this app, the nicest thing about Nicegram is the ability to sign-in with your google account or your iCloud and you can even use e-sim
