1 year agoI was going to pay rent for the first time on line. I have made all of my monthly rental in property office. As I started to confirm the payment, a notice appeared that there was a convenience service fee of approximately$65.00. This is crazy and I did not confirm my payment I MUST have notification that this transaction has NOT completed. Shame on LIVLY for outrageous pricing. The very least that can be done is to have a disclaimer in the beginning of the transaction.

Cannot delete payment methods?
To pay rent by direct bank payment, you needed to tell them your bank account password (the actual password, not the account number), which I was unwilling to do. To pay by debit card there is a high fee that is only revealed once you have input your card details. Once you have put in your card details, it stores it as a payment method, with no apparent way to delete it. This app is new, and now my card details seem to be forever stored on there for hackers to target. There doesn’t even seem to be a way to delete the account completely, as this was set up by the apartment building manager.

Awful, AD Notifications, No Loading, & Timeouts
This app sends me notification advertisements that have nothing to do with maintenance requests or paying rent. This app loads excessively slow. When submitting maintenance request, trying to pay rents, just using the app it constantly has an orange circle for minutes at a time and refuses to load.
