Worst company ever! I have a loan I opened since July. At first, I had an issue where the app wouldn’t let me make my first payment. I called in and had the payment made and signed up for autopay so this wouldn’t happen again. 2 days later, they also took out the autopay payment hence I made 2 payments that month. I called to get a refund, they claimed to have returned it, a month later I still didn’t receive my refund, but made my timely payment for the new month. I have called over and over, month after month, and have been told a supervisor has to look into it. January 2024 and I still haven’t had a solution, yet “late” fees are accumulating because of the “returned” payment its as if I missed that month. The app doesn’t work and their customer service doesn’t either. DO NOT APPLY!!!!

They do not answer their customer service phone and they charged me for a return fee but there is no evidence showing in my bank statement that they pulled the money. They also will double charge you if you pay your bill early and you are set up for automatic payment. The app wouldn’t let me turn off my automatic payments on my own I had to call the customer service line (which they don’t answer the phone) to turn off automatic payments. This company is a scam.

Unable to verify me identification after being pre-approved. I talked with customer service and they were not willing to take accountability for their programs error and not willing to give me any other options. The only option they gave me is I can try again in 30 days. I am disappointed that they have a problem with their software and are not going to take any accountability for it.
