The study hours section continues to lag and WILL NOT LOAD. Apparently it can't find my location. It doesn't make sense that it would even NEED my location in the first place to function. Very annoying.

How to fix Omega One app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omega One app on iPhone
Update Omega One app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omega One iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omega One on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omega One network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omega One Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omega One not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omega One App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omega One » click [Force Stop]

Update Omega One to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omega One App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omega One » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omega One.

Fix Omega One unable to contact server/ Omega One internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omega One » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omega One » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omega One
