How to fix Graphite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Graphite app on iPhone
Update Graphite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Graphite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Graphite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Graphite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Graphite Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Graphite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Graphite App
1. On android, goto Settings » Graphite » click [Force Stop]

Update Graphite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Graphite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Graphite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Graphite.

Fix Graphite unable to contact server/ Graphite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Graphite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Graphite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Graphite
