How to fix Paintwork app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Paintwork app on iPhone
Update Paintwork app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Paintwork iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Paintwork on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Paintwork network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Paintwork Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Paintwork not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Paintwork App
1. On android, goto Settings » Paintwork » click [Force Stop]

Update Paintwork to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Paintwork App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Paintwork » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Paintwork.

Fix Paintwork unable to contact server/ Paintwork internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Paintwork » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Paintwork » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
