Too difficult to sign up
Sloppy design. It takes its passwords too seriously, with upper/lower case numbers etc required instead of at my discretion. Then i signed up and it sent me a confirmation email, and when i hit the “confirm” button on the email just a few minutes later it said the confirmation had expired and that i should request another. Sorry, I have no patience for that kind of poor app design so I deleted it. I have no reason to believe it will work right the second time I request a code, and there is no reason to suspect that the people who can’t make signing in efficient and effective will also have made an app with enough useful features to waste time trying over and over to create an account.
Great app for anyone staying at any Anantara property, I particularly enjoyed ordering room service from AnantaraHotels , very functional and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend!
