Es un fraude / it is a fraud

Envíe una remesa a un familiar en Cuba que nunca llego y cuando hable para saber que estaba pasando, me dieron puras excusas hasta que les pedí la dirección de sus oficinas y me dijeron que como son una empresa online no tienen!!, les dije que iba a demandar y dejaron de contestar mis llamadas aparentando que no me escuchaban, estoy en proceso de demandarlos y de avisar a Apple y Google que está app es un fraude / I sent money through this application to my family in Cuba than never was received, then I called to them for like 5 days giving me excuses, when I asked for the address of their offices, they told me that they don’t have offices!! after that they stop answering my calls acting like they don’t listen, I’m in process of demanding them and to notify Apple and Google about this fake app.
