Regarding rental at 69 Crowes Purchase Rd. Yard a mess with shrubs overgrown with weeds, lawn infrequently mowed, up to 4 dogs barking incessantly, up to 7 cars with thee on the lawn. This is not a rental neighborhood and the owner has not been there for close to a year plus he is disliked by all the neighbors. Nothing "illegal" but a general eyesore. Can you do anything or are we just stuck with it.?

We r staying at a VACASA managed property in September 2023. I just visited the house and found it in disarray. Not sure how to correct these problems before we arrive in September 2023. Just saw a recent review of this property (see below) and it had the same issues as we saw of the house when we visited recently. Pool- size was fantastic and having it heated was even better! The views from the top deck and the seating on the top deck was great. Cons- Overall this home is not at all as it is advertised in photos. I’m not sure if it’s the property manager or the owner. But the home is not maintained well. For what we paid the quality is just not there.

I would like to find out a breakdown of the very high fees that Vacasa is charging. What exactly are they for? They are almost half of just the rental fees. Thank You, Melody Toups

Address 1828 Fletcher St Houston TX is a nuisance property. Tenants do not abide by neighborhood parking rules, noise rules, security gates left open, blocking entry in to complex for residents, leaving trash, etc... This house is an ongoing issue for the neighborhood. Several complaints have been called in already, and the police were contacted earlier this week. The owner of the home was contacted, but no change in activity has been seen. Owner is refusing to respond to messages now. We need help in getting this property under control. They are not following neighborhood rules and hoa guidelines. We need help from your company in getting this owner to comply so everyone can get along in as friendly neighbors as it should be. Thank you
