Our experience is disappointing, there not taking it seriously, it is really difficult to find a good teacher and reserve a session with them it is time consuming then they might cancel only 2 hours before the lesson, at that time u don’t have many good options to choose from, this has happened to me many times, think twice before joining..

Teacher video freezed after few seconds, because the bug in the app.
Their customer service and it are incompetent. They kept delaying the problem after I show them proof of the problem.

Worst app a set an appointment at 6:45pm and the teacher didn't join and then we thought it was 6:45 in America but she just canceled the appointment
