Worst app a set an appointment at 6:45pm and the teacher didn't join and then we thought it was 6:45 in America but she just canceled the appointment

Teacher video freezed after few seconds, because the bug in CamblyKids .
Their customer service and it are incompetent. They kept delaying the problem after I show them proof of the problem.

Our experience is disappointing, there not taking it seriously, it is really difficult to find a good teacher and reserve a session with them it is time consuming then they might cancel only 2 hours before the lesson, at that time u don’t have many good options to choose from, this has happened to me many times, think twice before joining..

They force you to take 3 lessons monthly while most of the teachers their schedule are busy for months especially good ones or you will your minutes, for Cambly kids the topics are boring they keep repeating the same classes ”seasons” sounds like they don't have any other subjects to discuss!!

It is really easy to connect with a good teacher from all around the world. Since there are so many of them, it is no hassle to find the one who is available for your time zone. App even lets you chose the accent of the teacher.
Cambly Kids gives teachers fun materials to follow. Even you choose different teachers every time, they are following the same materials. So your kids progress never stops.
I wish there could be a way to give ratings to teachers.
