You charged my card in August 2025, and cancelled right away. requested to refund and never heard back
I received 2 trade requests for the same card. I could only accept 1, because I had only one extra card. So I accepted 1 and cancelled the other request. It shows that I have made 2 trades, when I actually only received one card. Why did cancelled trade count as a trade.
After I accumulated 5500 wards (I was waiting until I collected 10,000 wards to cash in), my app no longer allowed me to convert steps. I sent multiple notes to the customer service group with no response. I finally attempted to log out and then back in - at that time they said I was being fraudulent and shut down my account. In looking at their listed items of being fraudulent I did not violate ANY of the items. Even though their system said they would let me know what fraud occurred via email there were no details other than I was a fraud. I asked for proof and that I speak with a human being and they simply sent the same canned response. Now they don't respond at all and all that is left to do is create a new account (and therefore lose all of my 5500 accumulated WeWards and all of the WeCards that I collected). Total waste of my time!!!!!!
My cash balance dropped $12 plus dollars today. Any idea why? When will this be restored? Please let me know. Thank you
cannot get log into my app the page will not go to the next page after reading the privacy statement it will not let me check on it to agree please help
Yesterday I did 11,000 steps but couldn’t convert my steps because an issue with the app, it kept going on the wecard page and freezing up
I bought a new phone, got the email from WeWard, it will not connect. I'm going to lose all my points etc. BS!

I didn’t expect much and wasn’t disappointed.
But the main reason I’m deleting the app, every single day, my smart watch would record between 12,000 and 16,000 steps. I expected a discrepancy between my watch and the app, but the discrepancy was between 4,000 and 8,000 steps every day. I keep my phone in my pocket when it’s not in my hand yet everyday, no matter how much I walked, the app recorded about 8500 steps. Every single day.
Exactly what I figured so as I said not disappointed but won’t be wasting my time either.

Submitted steps for a gift card. Never got paid and never heard back after I reached out to support. Update: They reached out once. I responded with the issue and have been ghosted for 3 days in spite of following up. It took almost a year to get $15 only using steps, so it’s frustrating to have wasted so much energy and time. I also should note other apps, such as Cashwalk and GeoSmile have paid 5 to 6 times more throughout the same time frame without issue.

I tried it for a week, then it froze up on its own. Nothing I did worked, and I was afraid uninstalling would make me lose my data. Two days later I finally hear back from support. I have to uninstall and reinstall. I did. Fortunately it saved my data but I lost my streak and tens of thousands of steps because I couldn’t convert anything while the app was frozen. But I’m back in business, right? Nope. Less than ten minutes later it freezes again. Good bye, app. I’m not uninstalling and reinstalling this thing every day.
