I tried to contact Sixty-60 on 0800006060 as I could not get through to the Parklands branch for a delivery online. She also tried numerous numbers but it seems like all lines are down as no one answered. I then called Bellville HO, got through but no one answered on the Customer Care - held for over 6 minutes!!!
I live in Brits and ordered from 60Sixty yesterday 20 Dec 2025. I ordered 11 items of which I asked for 1 x Large papaya. What I received was small and completely rotten!! I can include my Invoice Order 182085846.

For 6 months I have been having issues with this app. Every time I log in to order, I get an error. Sometimes it says I don't have an account or it's something else. Almost every time I need to order, to spend hours with customer support to resolve it. I also pay for Xtra plus savings. They say they've resolved it and every week it's the same problem. With the new app I haven't been able to log I. For over 2 weeks. I've spent hours on the phone and when I issue a ticket, I get an auto reply that my issue is resolved when it in fact is not. When I call, they say someone will give me a call or follow up in 30 minutes, and no one ever does. They're doing absolutely nothing to make it right. I will have to stop shopping here altogether

I have heard only good stuff about this app and the service provided. I finally decided to try it out. And never ended up receiving my order. Probably delivered to the incorrect address. I’ve never had an issue like this before when ordering from Takalot, UberEats and MrD. I stay in an apartment building and there are a lot of them in the area. Checkers Sixty60 support was very helpful and eventually passed a credit note. However the inconvenience caused was too much. The delivery process is flawed as I experienced it first hand. There is no communication between the delivery driver and person awaiting delivery. Delivery process needs to be enhanced.

Search is broken, typing any terms into search box results in nothing. This makes it impossible to use the app. Tried on multiple devices same result.
The search started working later, I use a modern iPhone device with the latest iOS and checkers app version. The search function was broken at the time I wrote this review.
It seems that this app and supporting infrastructure is not very stable. If it was maintenance causing the issue just notifying the app user of said maintenance would at least set user expectation properly to try again later.
