Island H2O Waterpark Reviews

I went to the park see all the signs get IslandH2OWaterpark and start taking pictures videos and all with IslandH2OWaterpark . I got one picture from the whole day and ver did receive the email to confirm my info. It has been a few days and thought maybe the pictures took a few hours or a day to load, just opened IslandH2OWaterpark and it is as if I had never used it all my information is gone. So all in all loved the park and if IslandH2OWaterpark would work it would make everything so much cooler of an experience.

IslandH2OWaterpark for last summer was way more user friendly than this version. It doesn’t even give you an option to link wristbands. The version before this one let you use the camera to link wristbands. IslandH2OWaterpark is not user friendly at all.
I created an account then logged out and when I logged back in all the information was either changed or gone. Very disappointed with the lack of service IslandH2OWaterpark provides.

I can only access through AppStore? How do I get an icon? I’m not going to App Store everytime to access that’s ridiculous? Please advise

IslandH2OWaterpark tries to be neat and incorporate a making a day at the water park through an app but doesn’t follow through with a good product... Even the Park Info icon directs you to the website which isn’t very well done either! No where on either can I find where the park hours are, maybe it’s on there somewhere but that’s a basic function people want to know that the site and app are missing

App is horrible. It freezes every time you want to add a person as a user. You have to restart IslandH2OWaterpark every time and it keeps freezing. Not at all user friendly. Need to do some serious work to improve the functionality of IslandH2OWaterpark.

Super innovative waterpark! This place is going to do so well!

This is literally the worst app I have ever seen in my entire adult life. This was created by a five-year-old somewhere. The website, app, and this whole wrist tap points garbage is completely useless.

Same issue as above ... never got a verification email and couldn’t use IslandH2OWaterpark at all .. remove and reinstalling IslandH2OWaterpark has not fixed it either ... I live the park though ! It was a great day !!

the technology behind IslandH2OWaterpark is amazing. it’s super user friendly and i love the colors! good job! can’t wait to experience the park 🌊🤩

IslandH2OWaterpark is HORRIBLE, NOT USER FRIENDLY, CAN’T DO ANYTHING ON IT I MEAN NOTHING. Added a user as adult multiple times still she’ shows as child. Hate it wiSH I COULD give ZERO STARS

music is trash

I got an annual pass and have really enjoyed the park. The only thing I don’t like is, they have a pool for swimming, but it’s only for 21 and over. I wish they would have a pool for my teenager to swim in. I rode the slides with him and when I got tired he wanted to keep going! If they had a pool for him to swim in, it would have helped! It overall, it’s a nice, family friendly place! And, close to home!!
