user account for mobile payments and link your PayPal account, Venmo account,
Chevron and Texaco Techron Advantage® Card, or credit card to your user
account. Then, find a station that is processing mobile payments through the
station locator feature • At the station, use the app on your phone to reserve
the pump and select your payment method from.

App not scanning at petrol station 4 to 5 times now. They issued another card again. Just comes up error Trying to cut down on all these cards which is why I downloaded the App

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Texaco app issues:

Force Stop the Texaco App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Texaco app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Texaco to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Texaco App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Texaco app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Texaco.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Texaco » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Texaco » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
