i recently just built a PC and was able to get an app called geforce experience. it lets me clip things that happened 5 minutes ago, i’ve been using that for about 3 months now and i felt like i couldn’t live without it. im so glad i found a version like it for my phone! 💜

although a feature request i would love to see implemented is for longer recording times too go back a little bit further. like to choose how far back the clips go.

It only records if you have Reclip open. It does drain your battery faster if you have it open but that’s the case for almost any app. And some useful reasons for getting Reclip are recording one time instructions from a professor, teacher, boss or something like that. You can also record funny moments that you wish you had your camera out for too which I think is the main purpose for Reclip. Plus Blackmail😈🙏. Reclip would be great for blackmailing someone.

So far I’ve been using Reclip for about three days or so and I absolutely love it.
Reclip uses no battery life in the background, just feeds off of the listening your phone is already doing (yes lol)
It records so well and gives you captions for the words it understands (you can add you own for the ones it doesn’t)

Reclip is such an amazing feature to add to your phone, it records at S tier and is absolutely worth every second you put into it (NO PENNIES!! ITS FREE WITH ZERO ADS!!!)

this is a great app and can be used in important situations. some users dont like the fact that its always listening to you especially when you sleep. just swipe out of the tab when you dont need it, the click on Reclip again when you do.
also, for Reclip developers i would suggest adding custom or preset timings (5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes) of saved audio

It captures everything and even has subtitles, on top of that it has an AI to make a title so you can easily access the right clips if you have many, this can help in situations where you blank out when someone was talking or in situations where you are being blackmailed for example, 10/10 app in my opinion. Uses minimal battery.

I like Reclip and its useful. Only thing is that Reclip always has to be open and i fee like it will drain my battery. Besides that its good. I would suggest to only turn it on when your out with friends or something. I would suggest to the developer to maybe have a widget that turn on Reclip or something or maybe some scheduling when to turn it on.

This is an amazing app and an amazing concept but I don’t like how you have to have Reclip opened in the background for it to record… what if I forget to open Reclip and I wanted to hear something that was said beforehand? It’s basically JUST like recording a conversation as you normally would the only difference is u can click off Reclip and it still records. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about.

I love Reclip I us it almost every day but it would be a lot better of it saved every 20 minutes for 20 minutes but that’s just me personally because then we don’t have so many different clips that are similar but yet so different but again that’s just me I love Reclip tho

Im a very social person, and I love to freestyle rap with my friends. For so long I always wished I could go back in time to capture certain moments, and bars. Reclip is exactly what I've been looking for. 5/5
I would love if a screen widget was added, it would make it so much easier to save.

I love Reclip and have been using it for a while, my father died and alit if those clips r some of the best memories I’ve had with him. But I haven’t been able to access them in my library few clips show up and the rest are white bars I can’t click on they’re there but not they’re, I’ve tried uninstalling I’ve tried logging in on other devices,nothing works please help.

Have used Reclip several times and it’s really fun, but I do a lot of musical improv and would love to record the last song if it went well. 2min isn’t a lot of time for this use case though, 5min would be perfect.

I’ve used Reclip for music I wish I had recorded, conversations I never want to forget and small moments that are rarely captured on phones. I love the features for editing and hope they continue to make upgrades to Reclip and its functionality.

I love Reclip but I feel like if it had a feature where it auto clips audios if the user says “save clip” out loud it would be 5 stars, also a feature where you can look back up to 24 hrs of audio

I get into arguments a lot and I record it so I have proof of something they said or if they say I said something and I didn’t I can use this app, also every time my parents say something I record it so I can use it against them “dont get me wrong I love my parents”

Amazing app. You can this app at anytime as long as you have opened Reclip without swiping it off. Probably one of the best useful apps out there that bring laughter and enjoyment for a lasting period of time. All thanks to the developers

Reclip has saved so many great moments! I was in a competition and won $100 for the funniest this app and if i did not have Reclip my life whould have been different! 100% go get Reclip and get some memories that you whoud not of been able to save!

I find the idea of Reclip so cool, and it sounds like a great time with friends. The one problem i have is how the mic is on at all times. A great setting to add would be a timer that you can turn the mic off, for example every night you go to sleep.

TW: Sexual assault

I was a victim of sexual assault, the only proof I have is a recording of him admitting to the crime on call (I said it would be recorded). However I wish I had Reclip because I could have saved that recording and used it as proof. I feel dumb that I didn’t get Reclip before…

Wow! An app with a genuinely good purpose, and no in app purchases or “premium” option. As long as that stays the case, I’ll always support Reclip and it’s developers. It does exactly as promised and works as expected. Thank you for making this free!

The idea is great but the fact you are forced to invite 3 friends to Reclip before you can actually use it is dumb. I don’t want to invite my friends to use an app I haven’t even used myself yet. I would be more likely to invite and reccomened Reclip if I were able to use it and show me people in the actual situation but I can’t even get to that point. I wanted to use Reclip but I refuse to suggest something to my friends and family that I haven’t used myself.

I recommend getting Reclip. My mom always complained about me(her son) saying funny stuff and regretting not recording it but Reclip fixed everything about that problem. They have cool challenges on who can send the best clip and i just got paid $150 with one of my winning clips! 5 stars for sure

I love Reclip. Not only does it help me keep memories close to my heart without ruining the moment with a camera but it has helped me gather proof when people are rude to me or somebody I care about around me. The way I see it my phone is always listening anyways, why not use it to my advantage. If anything I wish I could turn it on and off in Reclip instead of having to keep Reclip open because I've missed some moments. (On the other hand missing them also made me hold the memories closer because it makes me appreciate time and how fleeting those little moments are do we have to cherish them) [Sorry this got a little philosophical]

App works great, but could you guys add a feature where you could toggle it between capturing videos and audio or just audio. The reason I downloaded Reclip is because I was sitting on my couch using my phone and something funny happened right in front of me. So I downloaded this in case something like that happened again (and it has) and then I found out that this app only captures audio. I would be really grateful if you guys added this feature and I’m sure many others would be too. Please consider my request, and thank you!

I found Reclip through their amazing social media content (the guy making those videos definitely deserves a raise). The sheer number of moments i’ve been able to capture over the past few weeks has been life changing. I love Reclip.

I think Reclip is really good because just in case your friends or you say something funny and you just wanna record it, you just tap it and then swipe the tab up and then it goes in the background of your phone so they could hear everything that you say or Reclip that you want if there’s a sound is a really good app I recommend it.

Reclip sounds fed when i explain to my my friends but has honestly help me so much when it comes to making music. Ill freestyle alot or try a melody but i can b forgetful so when i know im in music mood i turn this app on to catch anything i think is worth pursuing in a song

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Reclip is literally my life savior everything that I wish I could had wish that I would have recorded weather for moment that I didn’t expect and even funny moments that I wished I would have recorded literally now I don’t even worry about that I just enjoy my time and whenever something happens and I want to save it I just get on Reclip and it will show me the voice recording of what happen 2 minutes before I got in Reclip !! But have in mind you have to keep that app open for it to work don’t slide up to close just close it and leave Reclip open you can even use it while doing other things on the phone.!! I love it def recommend

Yeah it’s a good app to capture the moment, but I just don’t like the fact that you have to keep it open and I feel like it will drain my battery if I keep it open. I understand that this is probably a requirement for the microphone to be recording, so I blame apple more than Reclip devs, but if apple ever does change anything I would like it if Reclip could just run in the background without having to be opened.
