Does not support IDs from EEA countries

Living in Germany as an EEA citizen I don’t qualify for a German ID card, but BVGJelbi stupidly only allows EU IDs. It’s the first time in 10 years living around the EU that I’ve seen a company make a distinction between EU and EEA citizens.

Doesn’t accept US citizens credit cards

Wouldn’t accept American Express or MasterCard. Sent an email and they responded 7 days later, once I was back in the U.S.

Easy to use!

Easy to use and buy tickets for the BVG. I had so many different applications for maps and ticket purchase and now that there is this singular one I can reduce my screen clutter.
