Will not connect to scanner. No help information.
Don’t waste your time

PetScan is free to download but after that it is useless.PetScan tells you to connect to a reader. It doesn’t connect to anything it doesn’t work at all. The whole point was to be able to scan for a chip in a lost pet and get the owner’s address or phone to return the pet. Or get the id number on the chip so that I can go online and update my information when I lost the id number without having to take the dog to the vet and pay. But you can’t do anything don’t waste your time.
