Had my assistant load in over 200 contacts, 197 wouldn’t send. Kept playing around with it and upgraded to the paid subscription to see if that would help and it didn’t change. I tried logging into Salesmsg to cancel and it’s stuck on the loading screen before Salesmsg opens up, tried dozens of times to make it past the loading page. Unable to cancel Salesmsg , making it incredibly difficult to cancel a paid subscription auto charging my credit card. Do not use Salesmsg. Seems like something sketchy is going on because of you read the other negative reviews, they are experiencing the same thing once they go to cancel Salesmsg Salesmsg crashes or is “frozen”.
My advice is to do your research when looking for a business texting service. I landed on this app a couple years ago, and have to say it’s just ok. The customer service is terrible, it has had poor app function throughout the entire 2 years, and it doesn’t have nearly enough features that other services offer. I thought I was stuck with a sub par service since I already had a phone number, and once I realized I could port it over to another service, I jumped at the chance, even though it ended up costing me several hundred dollars.
Our company switched over to this app and it’s been so awful. I miss messages from my clients all the time losing revenue. It does not play well with hubspot either, cannot message more than one person on an acct. was advised by a this app to download Salesmsg so I don’t miss messages and now Salesmsg is super glitchy. Can only text back half a sentence before it shuts the whole app down and doesn’t even save what I started to write. Have let tech support know and they have no solution. I have updated to the latest version and it still hasn’t helped. I recommend finding another product as this one is trash.
I’m a subcontractor and not letting clients have my personal number is a professional boundary of mine. So, I looked all over, comparing all sorts of second phone line services and was excited that this one looked very promising. Then, I couldn’t even get past the first step of sign up because my business email is from google. I can understand why (screening out scammers and all that), but it’s incredibly disappointing and I have to take my business elsewhere.
We have a small team using Salesmsg. And I cannot tell you how many times I have had to delete Salesmsg and download it again in order to be able to access my acct. Tech support is FU%#ING GARBAGE!!!! I have not been able to login on my laptop for a few days now…

I have been using Salesmsg for 3 months now and it is not that reliable. I will open Salesmsg and it will just freeze at the launch screen.
I have to kill Salesmsg and reload it to see my texts. Even the prompt that asked me if I was enjoying Salesmsg made Salesmsg freeze and I have to relaunch it.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but with that kind of experience I decided I would put in my two cents.
It’s been interesting. We switched to Salesmsg thinking it’ll be easier to connect to customers and quickly reply to their texts but instead the setup changed multiple times so now it’s not as simple and Salesmsg won’t even open. It’s been months since I could use it. Defeats the entire purpose of having Salesmsg if I can only access it via the browser.
Parts if Salesmsg work great. Unfortunately my team members and I often get randomly logged out of Salesmsg so sometimes mis messages. The compliance components mean that sometimes text we send don’t get deleivered. Some members of the support team are helpful. Others are awful.
After a couple of years of working to incorporate this in our business, we are going to stop using it as it seems to being creating more problems that it was solving
Terrible app and service! I can’t access Salesmsg or the web browser version and they provide no help. It’s completely useless.

It works very well for our real estate company. Salesmsg makes it easy to follow up on the go. I tried a couple other text programs, but I will be sticking with this one. And it works with Infusionsoft. Records the convos to our connect clients. It great! Highly recommend.
Nothing like reaching out to thousands of people at one time with a personalized text message... response rate is exponentially higher than email!
I tried several options to integrate texting in to our office work flow. this app is the best by far. They also provide great support and consistently are upgrading Salesmsg .
I’m not always at my computer so I really appreciate being able to respond on the mobile app. I can easily send my customers a zoom link to schedule calls too.
Salesmsg took my business to the next level by being able to communicate with customers very quickly. Definitely recommend!
I love Salesmsg because I can make my phone calls as I am moving and doing other things. It’s wonderful to take a walk in the sunshine while I am speaking with people on my app. The calls are recorded which is unbelievable.
Salesmessage is a browser based app which allowed us to get texts on our landline. This iOS app is a great addition since we are on the go.
Update: 10-22 - Salesmsg has updated several times with more and more features. It is a key part of our business daily.
