It won’t even let me set up an account. Apple won’t authorize it or something because it’s trying to use developer auth0 to register and it’s supposed to be auth2.0 for users. Idk how to fix it so guess I won’t be using keiths rewards. But other than KeithsRoarRewards the stores are awesome and I like that most of them are playing Christian music over their speakers instead of the garbage that they call music today.

Same thing! Tells me my number is already enrolled. But then I give my email to send password and then it says an account doesn’t exists for my email. Let’s face it most people who joined texted from there phone number not there email so KeithsRoarRewards does not know the two are connected. Unless you are new don’t join, what a waste of time. KeithsRoarRewards needs a MAKEOVER!

I never even got past the registration. Tried 4 times. I deleted it off my phone

I guess they don’t want me to join because every time I try to join KeithsRoarRewards crashes

Keeps telling me my phone number is registered but email is not on file can’t access app. What can I do to fix???

I can’t use this because someone else is apparently using my phone number. I have had this number 12 years. I wish there was a way to fix that so I could use KeithsRoarRewards .

Says I don't have an account, then says to check my email to verify address, doesn't send an email. Tried multiple times.

Ever since yall updated KeithsRoarRewards now I can’t login in, tried forgot password and never get an email to reset it!! Been trying for 2 weeks getting ridiculous!!

Last update signed me out and it keeps saying my phone number is in use. I hit forgot password and never got an email and I check spam/junk folder.

I tried doing the text rewards in store and that didn’t work and then I downloaded KeithsRoarRewards and it kept saying my phone numbers already enrolled for the rewards program. This is absolutely ridiculous and KeithsRoarRewards needs some major improvement!

Used Apple account to enroll and now it won’t let me log in anymore. Can’t enroll again with the same number and there’s no help or support contact info or links anywhere in KeithsRoarRewards . I now have zero access to all of my rewards.

I signed up via text and downloaded KeithsRoarRewards . I followed the prompts and could not finish setting up my account because “my phone already exists” with another account. I cannot find a website or phone number for customer support. I am deleting KeithsRoarRewards !

I stop at Keith’s every morning on my way to work to get coffee & a biscuit. Twice a week I get gas b/c I commute from Long Beach to Slidell. Been doing this since December 2021. Yet my purchase history only has 4 purchases. I’ve deleted app & download/installed it twice, still same issue. Not even worth the effort of putting in your rewards #. If I could give a ZERO I would.

It want let you download anything been waiting for 4 months for a code to let me in so I deleted all it I’m done I would have gave 0 star if there was one

I always love earning rewards and redeeming deals. Stores are always clean and friendly. App works everytime for me.
