It’s full of ads, and the money transfer feature only works during work hours in Tashkent, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere—just a vague error message when it doesn’t work. The chat support is unresponsive, and trying to submit a help request shows an error saying the phone number is incorrect. Strangely, the same number works perfectly fine for receiving unsolicited ad messages but not for complaints. On top of that, they mix promotional messages with transactional notifications, and there’s no way to stop them. Overall, TBCBankUzbekistan feels poorly designed and unhelpful.
